Cathy Laurenzi goes above and beyond to provide service to her customers. She has excellent communication skills. She always answered emails, texts and phone calls promptly. She is extremely conscientious about the little details in contracts, staging and having a property ready to show. Cathy handled two properties for us and also worked up CMA’S on two other properties. She went above and beyond on our beachfront property handling many things that were beyond the scope of her professional duties. One property she listed sold in a day and the other is now under contract. Very thankful to have found such a great realtor.
