Description of Work: Had to replace cast iron place on outside of the house that was going through a septic tank even though it wasn't supposed to be. Ran 3" Schedule 40 PVC sewer pipe for washing machine and kitchen around the house and tied into the master sewer line. CJ and Co. showed up when they said they would and knocked it out in two days.

+ -1 moreWe didn't notice the problem until around 4:30p.m. I called, but opted to wait until morning so we didn't pay time and a half. They rearranged their customers to treat us first since it was somewhat time critical. Jim and Jeff explained what they were going to do, did it in the time they said and explained how to get rebate and the importance of periodically draining it to improve the heaters lifespan. Overall a great, professional job. I will use them in the future.

+ -1 moreCJ arrived promptly and diagnosed where the under slab leak was. Had to take a break to get his tools fixed but called on his way back to the house. Fixed and repaired the leak when he said he would the same day. Did a professional job and cleaned up before he left. I've had other plumbers fix things before but leave a mess when they leave. Not CJ.

The owner quickly responded, took total responsibility, made all necessary repairs and even reimbursed our neighbor for the money he spent trying to determine the reason for the leak. I was very please with the honesty, integrity and responsiveness of Emergency Plumbing Services

+ -1 moreEmergency Plumbing Services had all the necessary tools and part to repair the problem. The pipe was very rare 2', but they had all the fittings required to fix the broken pipe. I have dealt with this business for the past six years. This is family owned and operated business, and these people are very honest, professional and reasonable compared to many other businesses. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I accidentally broke water pipe with my shovel when I was planting a tree in my yard. CJ and his helper came to rescue in reasonable time, cut the broken pipe off and replaced with new pipe. CJ and his helper was very professional, clean, and pleasant. Most emergency plumbing services charge minimum two hours, but CJ charged only for the actual time he spent fixing the problem. I will use Emergency Plumbing Services when ever need service in all kind of plumbing need.

Description of Work: I heard water running under my mobile home and saw it was under the bathroom. So it was not an urgent problem as there was no leaking in the home. So I checked Angie's List for a plumber. This one had an excellent rating. I called and told them my problem and they asked if I could wait as they were very busy. I said I could, so they came as soon as they could. They got here and quickly found the problem of a hole in my piping and promptly fixed it! I'm very satisfied with their work and their price That was my first experience with Angie's List and definitely not my last!

Description of Work: Service date -6/29/12. I had an outside water faucet that was malfunctioning and dripping. Called several plumbers on your list - could not reach any of them - until I called Emergency Plumbing. He said he was on the road, nearby, and would stop. He did; he assessed the problem (needed a new shut-off ballvalve) turned off the water to that faucet, and we made an appointment for the 3rd. He charged me $40 that day..Service date -7/3/12 On the 3rd he came back, and replaced the faucet. I also told him I had a faucet in my pool area that was barely running. He looked at that and replaced the ball valve and replaced that faucet, as well. Charge was $90.00. I was very happy to have both problems fixed.

+ 0 moreIt went exceptionally well. Prompt service; excellent quality of work. Called on Thanksgiving Day at 10 AM. Mr. Bone arrived within 20 minutes, corrected the problem in 15 minutes, and charged his regular rate even though it was a holiday. I was truly impressed with his promtness, work quality and personal and professional demeanor. He was highly recommended by 2 neighbors - they were right. I told Mr Bone he is my plumber for life.
Description of Work: Cleaned out a clogged toilet drain. He had the right tools for the job and corrected it in minutes.

+ 0 moreHad a break in my drainage line. EPS confirmed that but charged an excessive amount to tell me that. Their estimate to fix the "90" was twice what I ended up spending. They also tried to get me to pay them $100 just to find out where the sewer line connected to the city's line which with one phone call I was able to do on my own!

I always recommend them to friends and family and have never seen anyone who wasn't completely impressed with their pricing, customer service, and response time.
Description of Work: I have used Emergency Plumbing Services on my house and a rental house I use to have. I have also recommended them to all my friends and my parents, as well. They have repaired everything from leaky faucets to jack-hammering through my floor and repairing a slab leak. One time I was trying to get my rental house ready for someone to move in the Monday after the 4th of July. Jeff, from E.P.S., was there with me pretty much all weekend on July 4th weekend making sure that it was ready.

As soon as I discovered the problem I called them on their cell phone and they turned around and agreed that the toilet was defective and they wold order another one. They returned in three days with new toilet and installed and everything ok. I told them there was no emergency otherwise I'm sure they would have fixed the situation the same day.
