Description of Work: Complete Air replaced our old A/C unit, inside and outside of the house. They gave us a fair price ( we got 1 other bid). Our new A/C is wonderful. They were on time, and cleaned up after they finished. We have used Complete Air in the past, and will use them again if we ever need a/c work.

Description of Work: In March 2014 they serviced the AC I had installed by them 5 years ago. After lots of research they offered the best deal for what I wanted and I am more than happy with the AC and the job they did installing it. Cut my electric bill in half.

+ -1 moreA/C quit working - Complete Air & Heat found a dead compressor and suggested a new system. I asked if they would just replace the compressor and they said no. I had someone else replace the compressor - obviously at a much reduced cost over a new system. I forgot about their service call, never received a bill, until they reminded me in a phone conversation in March...when I gave them a CC# for their service charge.

Description of Work: When I returned home from an extended vacation I found that my a/c was not cooling. I called Complete on a Sunday morning to leave a message for Monday morning and to my surprise, they called me right back and came to service my unit on Sunday morning. The tech (Alan) worked for about 2-1/2 hrs. to get my unit unfrozen and added freon to keep me comfortable. I planned to get a new unit as my unit was old. He gave me an estimate which was agreeable to me and we planned a day to put in the new unit. I was not charged for the SUNDAY service call. This company is amazing. They are so courteous, prompt, fair and quite skilled. They installed the new unit today. A team of three men came and they worked quickly and neatly. They explained each different area, cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company for all of your a/c and heat problems.

Description of Work: Completed the spring check-up of the AC unit, which included checking all coils, compressor, fans, condenser and drains. Cleaned filter and rinsed out all leaves that had fallen into unit. Checked inside switch and showed me some things on the thermostat.

Finally - someone I can trust and will not talk me into saying I need to spend money and purchase equipment or parts when I don't! These professionals were very willing to accomodate me and my time. They were extremely knowledgeable, fair priced, and went beyond what I ever expected in taking care of my problem and answering my questions. Trust and honesty plays an important part in my choosing a service contractor. Complete Air had it all!

+ -1 moreThey set an appointment quickly, stated that would be no set cost for the estimate, and showed up as scheduled. He said he could reroute the duct work, but gave us a better solution, showed us how to do it ourselves and did not charge us for the visit. What a pleasant surprise. This is who we will always use in the future.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate to reroute some of our duct work so that the return vent would be located in the front office, instead of the back office.

Discussed our long and short term needs,and helped us make the correct decisions. They were prompt with proposals,job start,and completion. The job site was in better condition than before they started. They required no funds until after completion and county inspections. They accept all credit cards, checks, etc. They have responded promptly to minor questions,after the job was completed.
Description of Work: Replaced duct system,all internal and external HVAC units, replaced concrete pad, ran all new fluid lines.

+ -1 moreTrying to coordinate a service call from Orlando to Satellite Beach, Florida was tricky, but contacting Angie s List made it easy. The technician, Bart, went to the home, diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. I was most impressed with how fast and cooperative this company was. A repair technician was at the address that same day and the repair was completed in less than one hour. The A/C has been running great since then. Only one part was needed. The cost of the part and the service call came to $150.00. A very pleasant surprise, indeed. This is a situation that could have been taken advantage of, and Complete Air & Heat did not. Thank you very much.
Description of Work: Air conditioner was not blowing cold. Determined that a new capacitor was needed. Replaced that and changed the batteries in the thermostat AND inspected the filter while he was there!

+ -1 moreIf a company can't even give you a free estimate or at least a reasonably priced one, why would you go with them?
Description of Work: The person I spoke to on the phone was a little rude and stated that they did not do estimate. We either had the company come out for a service call and go from there, but would be charged $75 regardless if work was performed or not.

+ 0 moreWent flawlessly. They did not have to use a crane to put the compressor on the roof, they used a "lift" from the 4th floor stair landing. They installed a new thermostat and trained me on the usage. They were here about 5 hours. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards.
Description of Work: New split air conditioning system for condo on the beach in Indialantic (Trane XR13 14 seer). Included air handler and compressor (on the roof).
