Great! They picked the generator up and delivered after service.

With hurricane IRMA approaching, I called, the generator I wanted was in stock, I purchased it over the phone. Later that day I went and picked up the new generator.

They were great during the sales and made me feel like I was covered. For service it was just excuses why the 11 month old equipment wasn't covered under warranty. I'll go elsewhere in the future.

The chain saw runs much better and cuts well too.

Got a call it was ready. Went to pick it up twice and they were not able to find it with the correct information to release it to me. Finally they delivered it to my house....when no one was home and left it outside.

I called for information. They were extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. If ever we have to use them we will go back to them

I dropped my mower off w/ them late one afternoon requesting that they replace the blade. They took a $20 deposit and gave me an estimate of approx $20-25 more being due at pick-up the next afternoon. My truck ended up in need of repair leaving me unable to pick it up for 3 days and they were very understanding and accommodating. Upon pick-up, they charged me $24, just as quoted and loaded it up for me and off I went to cut my grass again! I have also used them for U-Haul rental in the past. I like the people there and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We brought in a generator that had gas in it for approximately 3 years. Needless to say, I won't tell you what that looked like. Anyway, in getting ready for this hurricane season, They cleaned out the old gas, tuned it up, and now it a smooth running machine. The cost was reasonable, they said what they did, and got it done in an efficient way.

The mower was fixed correctly. The customer communication was lacking. No estimate call. When I called to check on the status 2 days later, I was told I would receive a call back after checking up on the mower. I made another status call 4 hours later, still no information on status. The next call confirmed mower was fixed but bill had to be made out at the end of the day.

This is a busy shop - it seems many of the lawn maintenance companies beachside go there. So you might have to wait in line - and don't expect a lot of hand holding. But they do know what they're doing - and I thought their price for the repair was reasonable.
