Applied Window Films were installing residential tint on a neighbor?s home. I was interested in tinting my house window's as well and I asked if they could stop by to quote my windows. Cindy was more than happy stop over after her current job was completed. Cindy came in, was very outgoing, explained her products very well, got right to work and had GREAT professional samples that she left with me. Her measurements were right on, her written quote was well laid out and easy to understand. There was no pressure to schedule an appointment what-so-ever. I called to schedule the tint installation for a Saturday morning and a week and a half later, Cindy called to confirm the appointment and was punctual the next morning. Cindy is a hard worker and her work ethic and quality of craftsmanship was perfect. Her helper was also a hard worker and did a great job prepping the glass for the tint installation. I would recommend Applied Window Films for any job, large or small!

We left a message and Cindy returned our call while she was attending a business conference In Puerto Rico. We moved into our condo last year and wanted to make our new home green efficient and sea turtle friendly. Tinting our windows and doors with 3M NV25 material would provide twice the protection of permitted light emitted. Both State and County ordinances indicate that tinted glass should transmit less than 45% of the internal light. The NV25 is rated at 24%. The tinting also rejects 99.9% of the UV light. And 52% of solar heat reduction. Now that is energy efficient and helpful to sea turtles. We made an appointment for measurements and an estimate. Cindy arrive at the exact appointed hour and quickly measured our two walls of sliders on the east side and the sets of windows in all the other rooms. Within a short time we had an estimate. It was very reasonable and Installation was scheduled for Wednesday April 2. On the day of installation, Cindy and her assistant Adam arrived on time. They lugged in their equipment and immediately started the job. Furniture was moved where needed and covered to protect from the work in progress. It became very apparent that Cindy is an extremely experienced professional and the steady pace of installation went flawlessly. Adam did preparatory tasks and a acted the role of a confident assistant. Cindy did all of the critical installations and arduous finishing of each and every element of glass. Cleaning up was an ongoing event and when the job was finished it was just a matter of toting all of the tools of the trade back to the truck. Cindy is a true professional and if anyone has a need for window tinting, I strongly recommend her company Applied Window Films.

I could not be happier with this company. When I initially called for an estimate, they were on vacation in another state, still answered my call and set up and appointment for when they returned. They set it up for a Saturday morning and not only did they come on a Saturday, they were exactly on time to provide the estimate. They were extremely friendly and professional explained what type and cover film I would need to keep my house cool. They came to do the job on the scheduled date and were actually running early and asked to come do the job early. Again, very friendly, professional and clean while working. She put covering down in the areas she had to work in order to protect our home and to keep it clean while she worked. She installed the film on the sliders and when she was finished with the job, I asked her to give me an estimate to fix one of my other windows. She actually fixed the window on the spot without having me reschedule her to come back out to do the additional job. She was so friendly and happy to do it while she was there. She was so immaculate in her work that she cleaned up where she worked and outside of the new film on my windows, I could never tell she was even here. She left it that clean. The product she uses is a great product and the finished job is perfect and my house is much cooler now thanks to Applied Window Films. Thanks Angies List and a big thank you to Applied Window Films. Very professional husband and wife team. Simply put...we would have no reason to use someone else next time. They were a wonderful outfit to have perform the work. They have been rated very well, having used them I wouldn't believe any review to the contrary...they care and DO want your repeat business, they will get ours!! As big as our windows were, apparently they did a series even bigger on our street...impressive!!!

Applied Window Films placed high quality 3M dark window film on approximately 14 panels of our Florida room sliding glass doors. These doors face South and I needed to decrease the amount of UV heat and glare. After taking my measurements over the phone, a price estimate was given (which was spot-on and remained unchanged). Cindy (the owner) came prepared to apply the window film. She had all the best equipment to cut and apply the film to the doors. Four hours after she arrived, all the windows were done. Cindy has impeccable and precise skills. She conducts herself in a highly professional manner. It was a totally painless process for me. I was impressed when she worked through lunch to get the job finished. I would recommend this company and it's owner Cindy to the most fastidious person. Amazingly efficient application!! And now we have much less heat and glare in our Florida room. :)

The dining room and the recreation room are no longer so hot from the sun shining in and we can enjoy our recreation room without feeling like the neighbors are watching us through all the large widows. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Applied Window Films to anyone.
