I met Annette Braly for the first time in 2005 in a quick trip (my first trip) to Florida. I fell in love with the area and knew I had to live here. I bought a newspaper and started calling realtors. I only had that afternoon to look around as I had to head north and return to work. After calling at least 20 realtors that were "too busy", Annette answered the phone and said she would meet me right away. She quickly assessed our needs and decided condo life would not suit us well. We quickly tried to find a townhome and nothing quite fit. She assured me she would find something and email me photos and details. We trusted her so much! She could have sold us anything and we would have bought it. A couple weeks later, she found the townhome of our dreams and we bought it sight unseen. Work and time constraints simply did not allow us to make another trip to Florida. We closed via mail and months later we were able to come and see our new place. She was there to welcome us at 1:30 AM! A couple years after that, a townhome came up for sale in the neighborhood next door. I was interested because it had a 2 car garage and was a little larger. It was not listed at the time. She contacted the seller and struck a deal. She also helped me with leasing the other townhome. 13 years later, she is still helping me and it is still leased by a wonderful tenant that Annette found. In 2011, we decided to move a little farther South to Indialantic and find a single family home. We wanted our own pool. At that point, Annette knew us well enough to find the perfect "forever" home. We signed the contract that day. It was the best move we ever made and are so happy here. Just last month, I decided to sell my second Townhome. Once again, Annette came to the rescue and we closed on it last week. I just can't say enough good things about Annette Braly. She is efficient, honest, doesn't miss a detail on a home or the paperwork, and even answers her phone! Annette is so much more than a realtor. I consider her a friend. I would have made so many mistakes without her. I have also recommended her to several friends and relatives who are equally as pleased. She is a class act and if there is an A+ rating, she earned it!
