Description of Work: There were 3 visits, the first just surveyed the pool, the second cleaned up the bulk of the debris on the bottom of the pool, the third was a short visit that did a little more. I called multiple times to get them to come back and finish the job, they never answered back.

Description of Work: Company was used to provide pool cleaning service. At first there was a misunderstanding as to which day of the week the service was to occur. After that was straightened out the service was performed. Can't say I was thrilled with the results, but I would use them again.

Description of Work: I use A Reliable Pool Service for my monthly pool cleaning company following the initial "4 for $45" deal. I am satisfied with all aspects. I gave 4 * on Professionalism because I do not receive invoices or anything for the service. I autopay thru my bank, but it seems like they should be billing or leaving notice by my pool for payment.

Description of Work: After completing the "deal" we agreed that we would continue to work with the the provider. Apparently there was a misunderstanding as to the number of monthly visits. Bottom line is that in the last month we worked together we were serviced only twice, but paid for three visits.
