Description of Work: I paid the $99 "special" fee advertised on Angies List and nothing was done. Two guys came right out, and immediately said that the "special" does not apply to the tile roof that I have. They did wander around on the roof and remarked at how many broken tiles I have (they replaced none). I did have a known leak at one spot and asked for a quote to fix it. The next thing I know they had disappeared. No quote.

Description of Work: I am more than happy with Zoller; the owner was one of the people who came out to look at the leak in the roof (which was dripping into the den). He gave me several alternatives, which were as simple as a repair, or as major as a new roof. I chose repair - because he advised that although the roof is old (and it certainly is) and will need to be replaced, it was in good shape for its age, and replacement wasn't necessary at this time if I chose to have it repaired instead. I agreed that yes I will need a new roof within the next couple of years, but I was impressed that he did not try to pressure me into having it done now. The work was done professionally, on time, and everyone with whom I spoke was courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to call Zoller again. (And yes, they'll be doing my new roof!)

Description of Work: strip old roof, repair old sheathing/skylights, reinforce per insurance windstorm codes, full secondary water barrirer, roof shingles. excellent work

Description of Work: Zoller Roofing stripped old shingles, 2 layers, replaced bad roof boards applied a peel and stick water barrier to roof before application of new shingles and roll roofing. New drip edge was also applied to perimeter of roof. zoller also installed a ridge vent to new roof. The whole experiance with Zoller Roofing was a pleasure and my roof really looks good. They did a great job with cleanup and best of all repaired a leak we've had where our porch/lanai roof meets our house. Nice o get rid of the buckets on porch floor. Good job Nick!!

Description of Work: Zoller Roofing put a new roof on my house about 15 months ago. (See first report below). I became aware of a dryer vent issue due to a building code change. I contacted Nick and he had the update done the next day with no charge. That is real service! Great contractor.
