Very pleasant to work with

In April of 2022, we had Younkmans and design and install new landscaping in front of our house, which included the irrigation. In July of 2022, after several attempts, I sent them photos of a number of the plants (that were supposed to be drought resistant) which had died, and asked that they come out and correct. there was no reply, so I sent another request on July 17th, 2022 to which he responded on July 22nd, that he has been out of town a lot, and he would come by and look. since then, he has not responded, has not replaced the dead plants, and from this action, my only recourse is a bad review. I figured after this much time, he will not correct his poor quality of plants. We paid almost 5000.00 (other quotes were half that much but without a solid design) and expected them to finish the job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.

Very professional, personal, cleaned up to where you wouldn't know that the work had been done. Just looked beautiful , and with compliments from the neighbors. A neighborhood beautification project completed.

Working with Younkman s was smooth and efficient from initial contact through project completion. It was a pleasure to work with Tom, who was creative in his design, open to our ideas, friendly and delivered as promised. Our project was a remodel of an indoor atrium, requiring removal of a stone and concrete fountain. Tom and his friendly and very capable crew made sure that our floors and furnishing were protected from the demo and installation.
