The contractors sourced very professional and efficient laborers. Although the project was not completed by the date originally promised, overall the experience with the laborers used was good. The downside was our experience with the lead female contractor was also moonlighting and sending inappropriate texts to my husband. I was shocked to see some overtly promiscuous and strong advances made in these texts. Prior to me finding out, she was walking around the site as if everything was "business as usual". Knick, her father, was great in tackling issues with regard to permits and I have to say that was the biggest plus in this relationship. But I would heed warning to anyone getting involved in construction that you may want to consider Nickhole who was working after hours, not on completing the project, but ruining my family and marriage.
