+ -1 moreThe team arrived promptly at 8AM as promised and finished the job a few hours after lunch (as expected). They were extremely professional and cleaned up as though no one had even been there. The roof looks great! Thank you Yoder Roofing! Will definitely use to re-roof when due!
Description of Work: Removed existing barrel tiles in order to remove rotted plywood. There was no wood supporting a few areas of the edge of the roof due to wood rot. There had been a breach in the underlayment of the original roof (20Yrs old) and the leaking water had resulted in wood rot at the edge of the roof. The repair was made using the original tiles, new plywood, and new rubber underlayment to act as a waterproof barrier.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased with the prompt and professional work performed as quoted. We happily report that there are no longer palm rats gaining entrance to the attic through the soffits. We will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Removed tiles at 5 overhangs where soffits meet tile. Fasten soffit so it cannot be pushed up by rodents attempting to enter attic. Mortar from soffit onto roof to close off potential entrance for attic pests. Reset tile when complete.
