 + 0 moreDenny and his crew were professional and helpful and always responded quickly to my questions. The work took place while I was out of state and came out just as I desired.
Description of Work: Converted old laundry room to a large half bathroom that leads to outdoor shower. Had to connect plumbing from this location to other side of the house by trenching through the front yard. Work included building a pocket door and new wall, tile laying, new plumbing, new electric outlets and installation of ceiling fan and vanity light, plastering (and they matched my existing 1959 wall plaster perfectly), the installation of a new window, and coordinating the installation of a floating vanity and silestone counter.

 + -1 moreTheir estimate was $28000 for that work. They had a bid crew and we could not get to talk to the manager. We had to go through 2 supervisors and their price was the highest.
Description of Work: Yoder Homes LLC came out to gave me a quote in January this year for new wood flooring, tearing and putting a wall and a cabinet tray.

 + 0 moreThe job supervisor was competent and the sub-contractors did professional work. I did my own drawings, that were then redone by an architect or draftsman for permitting, chosen by Mr. Yoder. My only word of caution is that the architect's work had to be checked and corrected. All of the other work was quite satisfactory. The additions are seamless and undetectable on the outside. We are enjoying our renovated home immensely.
Description of Work: Add-on of 400 sq. ft. enlarging a sun-room, adding an office, a bathroom and a walk-in closet, and remodeling a bathroom. Insulating the attic, and changing 10 single pane windows for double pane low-E windows. Removing a hot-tub and redoing the patio. Job took 4 months, and was done while we lived in the house, with minimum disruption for us.

 + 0 moreYoeder supplied us with a calender detailing the dates and trade that would do work on that date.The job took 6 weeks and the tradespeople arrived on a timely basis every day. They were professional, clean, neat, mannerly and considerate. Scott the job superintendent was on the job just about every day was readily available and ran our job brilliantly. He cared,knew what needed to be done, and got it done. When we had a complaint, he listened and resolved the issue. Scott was the glue that kept the job together.I recommend you hire Yoeder and ask for Scott to run your job.Our condo was neat at the end of each day.Many neighbors commented on the consideration by the contractor.My end goal was accomplished, a home that looked brand new,not a renovation. Looks real nice. It was a pleasure to have done business with Denny Yoeder and even more rewarding working with Scott on a daily basis. He was everything one would want and more in someone who is responsible for getting the job done.Scott went above and beyond in taking care of not only the major job but also all the little things that matters to people that are not handy.I own a 50 year old window co in Cleveland Ohio and have high standards.I would highly recommend this co.
Description of Work: Renovated our great room(33 x 22 area), foyer, terrace and kitchen. Texturized and painted walls and ceiling,installed base molding, replaced 6 interior doors and casings removed a couple walls installed kitchen cabinets (we supplied cabinets),under cabinet lighting, installed wood floors, installed wall mounted television and wiring for sound system.Installed rail lighting (we supplied materials for rails and fixtures)
