We hired Yarnel to move our house Packing and unpacking. All the kitchen dishes are missing and crystal wine glasses. Approximately 3500.00 worth of items are missing we believe when they were unpacking they intentionally emptied half the boxes and bring out the “empty boxes” back to the truck. We are all unpacked because they were paid to unpack also. Guess all those half empty boxes went to an employee home. Yarnel handed us a paper we signed off on that all boxes are accounted for. Yup. Funny thing about that when half full boxes go right back on the truck for others enjoyment The owner offered 944.50 and threatened a liable suit for posting. We declined the 944.50 because we would have to sign a release. We had full replacement insurance and paid them well over 10,000 We will not be threatened to remove the truth from this post and will not accept the offer of 944.50 nor sign a release This post stays! Do not do it

Still, Yarnall managed to drop our concert grand piano and damage the brand new flooring and the piano when they moved the piano from the master bedroom back into the living room. They also managed to damaged an antique sideboard during the "move." While they repaired the floor and sideboard, they refused to repair the piano which required a technician who was trained in repairing high gloss polyester piano coatings. After searching Florida to find such an qualified technician, Yarnall refused to pay for the total cost of the repair, claiming that I did not purchase additional insurance to cover the cost of the their incompetence.

Excellent pick up crew but terrible delivery. Delivery was more of a dump. Had over $1000 (Yarnell's estimate) in furniture damage..arm broken off chair, legs cracked, gouges, scratches, leather upholstery damage. Furniture claims estimate manager was rude and unprofessional. Suggested that we claimed repairs of pre existing damage. We identified only new damage. We didn't move broken furniture Yarnall delivered it that way.

Overall, after the furniture was repaired, we can say we would use them again.

From start to finish I have been very pleased with my experience with Yarnall. They answer the phone promptly and connect you with the person you need. When we called this Jan to retrieve our "Early Out" box, the box was on the dock waiting for us at the agreed upon time. They were helpful in loading everything into our car. The fee to get into the storage was minimal. The monthly fee to store our belongings in minimal. It is a very well operated storage and moving company. If and when I move our furniture north I will use Yarnall who is affiliated with United to move us.

Move went without a hitch...all good

Everything was co-ordinated over the phone and via email and the movers arrived on time to move merchandise and stopped to donate the pieces that were not needed . I am so thankful for their help while i was out of town and this needed to be done with little advance notice. I was rest assured that they were professional and careful and well experienced with great reviews from the complex. Thank YOU Yarnall !!!

Patrick came to my house a few weeks before the move and gave me a detailed quote and explained the entire move process. The communication leading up to the move was very good. On moving day the movers showed up right on time and everything went very well. I would highly recommend this company.
