Mark and his assistant were extremely thoughtful and helpful. They made a small adjustment to the slider that prevented me from having to do an expensive repair. They made suggestions on how I could take steps to ensure it kept working smoothly. They also flipped my lanai screen and got it back on the track. Even though they made the trip here and spent about 10-15 minutes helping me, they did not charge The remedy was fairly easy for them but it meant a lot to me! You can be sure I will be calling them again and recommending them highly to anyone who needs sliding door/window repairs. It’s not often that business people are so happy to help with no reward. I’m sure if I had a significant repair job that they would have very fair pricing! Very knowledgeable! Very professional!

Mark Smith of Window Panes responded, showed up in minutes, assessed the situation, and fixed them. It only took minutes but it took an expert to do it. We are much in debt to him since water entering the Lanai would have caused damage to our condo and the condo below. Mark woud not accept payment. He is a charming and experienced pro and we look forward to hiring him again.

He came out the next day and spent quite a bit of time puzzling it out and them actually removed sliders and moved they around. He determined it was possible and just left after doing exactly what I wanted! He also recommended better locks and the whole job; shifting sliders adjusting height and slide capability and adding two new locks took a little over and hour

Outstanding service. After my initial call the appointment was confirmed for the same day. Mark called me 1/2 hour before the repair crew arrived. Had all the parts in their truck. Both repairs were done within probably 20 minutes and to my full satisfaction. Price was - compared to what I was quoted by other companies - very fair and reasonable. Will certainly recommend this company. As my wife is a Realtor she will be happy to pass this info on.
