After I purchased the bike I had a professional fitting done by a fitter not affiliated with Village Bikes. After going through the fitting process the fitter advised this bike was too big for me. He suggested that I go back to Village Bikes and see if they could exchange this bike for a smaller frame. Because I had been riding this bike for a few weeks already I really didn't expect the folks at Village bikes to accommodate my request and fully anticipated that I would be stuck with this bike. After contacting Ed (the owner) he was immediately accommodating and told me that he would do whatever it took to get me on the correct bike. Approximately two weeks later Ed was true to his word and I exchanged my original bike for a smaller frame. I cannot say enough about how Ed and his team handled this situation. They really did go the extra mile and I am grateful for their understanding and willingness to help resolve this issue. I would highly recommend Ed and the LWR Village Bikes team when you purchase your next bike.
Description of Work: I purchased a new Cannondale road bike from the LWR Village Bike shop in later December. This was my third bike purchased from this shop.
