+ -1 moreDoor wouldn't open and I just didn't know what to do, never had to call a garage Door company before. First two companies I called, I was turned off by crummy customer service and stupid service call just to show up. I really like the guy they sent out as it seemed like he could tell how upset I was and acted accordingly. Took his time to evaluate, point out some other issues, educated me a little bit along the way. I really appreciate that the guy wasn't pushy and wasn't a "know it all". Had my door back up running within an hr of when he arrived. A lot quieter now too. Thanks veterans, send Brian or Bradley (i cant remember) out everytime.
