 + -1 moreI selected this dealer due to Angie List reviews. The owner was very knowledgable about the product. He showed us options & prices were reasonable. Being an engineer, I had lots of questions (we had installed central vacs in 4 prior homes), but he answered them all & suggested a good size (I had been concerned, thinking we might need a larger unit since we were having the 50' hose sucked up into the wall for storage). He was right, the smaller unit works very well. His crew came when scheduled, were professional, did neat installation and cleaned up very well.

Description of Work: All I needed was to know whether vacuum bags I'd bought on Amazon were acceptable for use in my vacuum. They explained much better than anyone else why I should be using a particular bag in my Miele vacuum. They also replaced a filter I hadn't even known existed. I don't recall the date of service or cost of the filter, so I'm estimating $20 and picked a date out of thin air. The owner of the shop and his people were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm definitely glad to know this shop exists, as opposed to their better known competitor.
