I will never recommend this company to my friends and family members for their needs. This company was run by husband and wife, the husband most time was quick and rude on the phone, plus he jammed up the repair fee 30% compared to other repair companies in town, never seek any technical help from this company, if I can do just zero star, I would choose to rate this company a zero star, the worst computer repair company in town!

I don't recommend this company. I assume they're technically qualified, but so are the many computer repair shops in the area. I would go elsewhere. Why? The proprietor doesn't bother to do the minimum of working with the customer to understand the problem or discuss the customer's concerns. Just took my computer and contact info and good bye. No discussion of problem. Didn't ask what was already done So, the technician did exactly what I had done. Decided it needed $900 to repair and charged me $65 for doing what I had done. Then, when I voiced my concerns, she said " you didn't tell me. Of course, she never asked. No communication. Go somewhere else where they take the time to talk to you

Too busy to provide personal service

For those of us that have been trying to find a decent computer support/hardware/software person you need to go and look it uptech computer. I am telling you I have been through so many different firms and most of them just boggle my mind. Either they're incompetent or if they're actually good they don't return your calls. The last couple of experiences I had were awful. I have used Uptech in the past and not sure why I didn't use them again recently. They are consistent, honest, do a great job, and have been around for a long time. I highly recommend this company for any of your computer needs. They are quick, reliable, honest, : What a breath of fresh air!
