Brian was great to deal with. The two technicians that came were very knowledgeable and very polite. Also helped us set up the app on our phones and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I would highly recommend them to others. Nice to find a good company with good employees.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and provided an excellent finished product. Everything works flawlessly and labeled accurately. The entire experience was a pleasure and will use them again for related future needs.

My initial call to Brain as well as my follow up with him was great. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional & courteous. He provided me with valuable insight on my project. The 2 Techs., Paul & Chris, weâ re very knowledgeable & professional in completing the project. They arrived earlier than scheduled, which I had no problem with. The project invoked installation of 2 TVs (LG C2 83â & VIZO 65â ), 2 Soundbars (SONOS Arc & VIZO), 2 SANUS Full Motion Mounts & 2 DVD Players (both Sony). 1 TV, Soundbar, Mount & DVD, had to be taken down & moved to another room. The completed project turned out to be great. I rated them a 4.5, instead of a 5.0, because of the following 2 Criticisms: (1.) They left all of the packaging materials (TV Cardboard Box, Styrofoam & Plastics; & (2.) They didnâ t wear shoe booties. I called Brian prior to submitting this review & he promptly called me back, & we discussed same. He advised that the packaging materials were left in case the TV had to be returned within 30 days. I explained to him the difficulty in cutting up the cardboard boxes (which are extremely thick), to fit in the Cityâ s Recycle Bin, as well as breaking up all the styrofoam so as to fit in the Cityâ s Regular Trash Bin (all of which took several weeks), & was made even more difficult for an elderly individual. Brain advised in the future his people will return after 30 days to collect & dispose of all packaging materials. In addition, Brian advised all his people have shoe booties & have been instructed to wear them. Brain said he appreciated the feedback & would implement corrective action immediately. I would definitely consider using them again & hope to find Brian did implement said corrective action.
