+ -1 moreWe had used him before. He was wonderful. We had some issues that required putting in a new salt unit. It took quite a while for him to fight with the manufacturer and convince them that we needed a new unit. In the meantime in order to keep our pool serviced, he came every week or so and serviced it with chemicals until he could get the situation resolved. He was very patient with us in the resolution of the issue because we are new at the pool issues, much less a saltwater pool. We didn’t compare the price, but it was competitive considering the other companies and the other procedures and the fact that there is a lifetime guarantee. His responsiveness was good. Every time we called and needed him, he got back to us promptly. He was here when he said he would be here. He was extremely professional. We would absolutely use his services in the future and we would recommend him.

+ -1 moreThe entire process took a little more than a week and went well. The pool wasn't refilled on schedule but that was due to the resurfacing company and not Unlimited Waters. Joe also repaired the grout on a few of our pool tiles, installed new drains and reset the jets in the pool to better facilitate the filtration system. In addition he took the time to familiarize us with the operation of our pool heater and ways to operate it more efficiently. It was an interesting and pleasurable experience and our pool is now ready for our enjoyment for many years, as the Pebble Tec finish comes with a lifetime warranty.
Description of Work: We were using an area website on available repair services searching for a company to come evaluate the pool in our newly purchased Florida home. We had been told that the pool would need to be acid washed. After doing some research on acid washing vs. resurfacing we had elected to spend the extra money to resurface it and fix it right the first time rather than to repeat the process in a few years. Joe Raridon, owner of Unlimited Waters, Inc. responded promptly to our request. He made an appointment and came prepared with photographs of his completed pools and spas and samples of various materials for us to choose from. He was available within a few weeks to come drain our pool and undercut the tile and drains. A few days later the pool was prepped and ready for the Pebble Tec installers to come and apply the new pool finish. At our request Joe also installed a salt water chlorine generator in the process. He returned to set the system in motion and to balance the pool. He made an additional trip later in the week to instruct us on the operation of the system. Joe was extremely professional in every aspect of the process and completely within reason in his estimate compared to the two other companies with whom we had spoken. We would highly recommend his services to anyone interested in pool construction or restoration.
