UBA Pressure washing and Sealer

This was our first experience. Josh (the owner) came out and was very professional; he offered me a Veteran's discount which was very nice of him. Sheridan and his assistant (wish I knew his name) did a wonderful job cleaning our roof and lanai. We would definitely use UBA again and again.

They did a great job on our 5 year tile roof…it looks as good as the first time we walked in our house 5 years ago. They also noticed we had broken tiles and they took care of them on the spot. They did this all in a couple of hours. We will definitely will use them again.

I had my deck sealed back in March by UBA, formerly Yoders and it was really sticky for the first few days and I was freaking out. We just had travertine put down and I wanted to get it sealed during pollen season. They put the sealer on, but it took a long time for the stickiness to go away. They worked with me and told me they would buff it out, if I wanted them to, but it would take off some of the sealer, so we left it alone. Eventually it did get better, but it still feels a little slippery. I never had anything sealed outside before in the humidity and rainy season in Florida. Needless to say when we swim and get out the pool we don’t slip. Definite plus!! Over the next four months, the deck became very dirty and black mold was in the pits of the travertine and you could see the dirt on it, but you couldn’t get it off yourself. We tried cleaning it ourselves with Dawn and hydrogen peroxide and we couldn’t get it clean. UBA used a little chlorine in their pressure washer machine. They cut the chlorine they use and then they give it a good rinse. Their machine consists of round brushes that scrub the tile and it came out beautiful. No sand kicked up from underneath the tile. I was so nervous to use them at first and I was afraid we made a mistake to get the tile sealed, but thankfully it all worked out. I am a very happy customer and I will use them on a regular basis.

They kept me up to date with their process and got the job done really fast. I pulled up to my house and was like WOWWW!! They really did an amazing job. I would hire them again.
