The category I used them for wasn't listed but I had to have an electric shutter repaired. When I called, my appointment was scheduled for a week out but once they had an opening, they rescheduled to an earlier date. The two gentlemen were pleasant but most importantly, efficient! The shutter was repaired and we are very happy!

Fast! Hurricane shutter repair the day before a hurricane.

They are coming back today to complete the job but so far we are very pleased with customer service, response time and followup.

The fellas TST sent to my home did a great job for me and were polite, professional and efficient, performing tasks exactly as I discussed with them. Most companies I researched would only install new shutters and had no interest in performing repairs on my older shutters. Wanted all wheels and bushings replaced on a 30â long lanai accordion shutter. TST got here within a week and finished the job in one morning. Saved me a small fortune and shutters are as good as new now. Thanks !!!

Two knowledgeable young men responded earlier than scheduled. They quickly and efficiently got down to business. After completing their work, they reviewed their work with meand the correct operation of our now perfectly functioning shutters. I could not provide a better recommendation. In addition, the office staff directed us in exactly the right direction. Just a great job at a reasonable price.
