Total Shield Protection

I had our entire 2400 sq ft home done by Total Shield. The work is great save for a weird seam in our sliding glass door that you can see if the light catches it right. Otherwise you'd have no idea anything was done, which is great. Everything came together rather quickly and for what is was, it is pretty reasonably priced I think. Would have cost us about half (at least) to try to do it ourselves, but who knows how long it would have taken or how many times we would have messed it up (a lot is the answer). Assuming it works (though we'd prefer not to have to test it), we're very happy with it. The gentleman who installed it was incredibly nice and professional. It would have been nice to get a call maybe a day or two in advance to confirm the appointment. Had it not been for the tech getting stuck in traffic, once we paid our deposit, we didn't hear anything from the company until about 30 mins before our scheduled time. Not the biggest issue, just odd. We did have their contact information had they not shown up so not the biggest concern all things considered. Again, assuming the film works as claimed (we trust that it does), I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows protected.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The project: clean and seal a new paver installation. The owner explained the different types of sealants answering questions knowledgeably and patiently. Even coated a sample paver so that I see the final result prior to application. Techs moved patio furniture carefully and restored to original position. Most importantly, they used an excellent long lasting product. Now, the water beads on the paver surface like a newly waxed automobile and without affecting the paver color.

The owner called me right away and he was the one to came out and give me a quote. Project was scheduled the next week. The installer was very professional and friendly. Cleaned up after the job like he wasn’t here. PS he was the only one out of 3 quotes I requested to call me.

The work was flawlessly done..everything was cleaned and the room put back together. I highly recommend this company!

I had hoped the temperature in my front room would have dropped more than it did. I was told checking the windows with the film added would still feel hot but that is because the heat is trapped between the two layers of the film. They said go by the floor temperature so they are correct in both of those statements. The problem is that I don't lay on the floor when I am in the room and the room temperature is higher than I expected. I will be talking with Richard as to any solution.

We had a scheduled appointment and no one showed up or called. We posted a review and then the owner himself called us directly and sent a tech out right away and did not charge us anything. The owner himself also showed up to make sure the job got done and got done correctly. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with Total Shield Protection. My clay tile roof is over 30 years old and looks like new again. I had it power washed a couple years ago, but it didn’t look this clean. Service tech was prompt, friendly and very efficient. I was expecting a big mess on my back patio, but there wasn’t any mess or overspray at all! I would definitely recommend this company and will hire them again when needed.

i hired them to wash windows, power wash roof and pool screen and to wash patio floor, My only complaint is they power washed my painted patio floor. subsequently the paint was chipped off in various place on the floor. now i have these white speckled spots on the floor. The two fellows they sent were fantastic
