Description of Work: Toni was referred to us by a co-worker who was relocating to the Sarasota area. She was very pleased with Toni. As we started working with Toni she really dug into what our thoughts where and what type of location we wanted. She really listened to us. She was very educational on the various towns and communities; pros and cons, etc. Toni was very patient as we spent numerous days looking at houses in many locations.
