They came out for the estimate, were on time. Looked at my attic, let me know there were no problems with my ducting before blowing in insulation. When they came for blowing in the insulation, they came on time and cleaned up afterwords. Great Job. Would recommend them.

They were out same day for a price quote, price was very fair and at low end of spectrum that I was expecting to pay. Workers arrived on time were friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to pay online making process very easy. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We have called TLS two separate times and been more than satisfied with work performed both times. Punctual, fast, clean, very reasonably, priced and seems very trustworthy. They not only solved the problem, but checked the whole system and explained what and why they were doing what they did. This made me feel a bit more knowledgeable about what to watch for. These are qualities that, unfortunately, are getting more rare these days. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

TLS came out on time within the window they initially gave me. Unfortunately, one of the guys accidentally hit a recessed light can with the hose which caused the can to push through the ceiling damaging the drywall and texture of the ceiling. They called Seth and he came out within an hour to inspect the damage. He offered me two options: 1. I could have him fix the ceiling and then finish the insulation job for the quoted price. 2. He would personally come out the next morning at 8 am to fix some bad duct work that was badly hampering air flow to my guest bedroom and then blow insulation to get me to R-38+. He would do all of this for FREE! I of course took him up on the second option. He was extremely apologetic and emphasized that this was not a common occurrence and that they are very careful. But he wanted to make it right and he certainly did. It is hard to find professionals that do business this way anymore. I was very happy with how courteous and professional Seth and TLS were to me. I later hired a drywall professional to fix the ceiling and a few other spots that needed repair for $150. I'd like to say that I made out in this situation but I hope this story tells you of how amazing and rare this company is to it's customers. I hope they get your business. You will not be disappointing. Reputation is everything in business and TLS strives to have an immaculate one. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again for a great experience during an uncommon circumstance. I will be calling them when my A/C goes out as well.

We initially went with Daniel Insulation to replace our attic insulation but they pulled their guys off our job (according to the workers who showed up at 4pm, saying they couldn't do the job that day). We were only in town one more day and didn't trust Daniel to finish the job on time. I called TLS. They responded quickly and were able to accommodate us. They showed up when promised and did an excellent job. It was such a relief to find a company I could trust and believe what they were telling me. Highly recommended.

I requested a quote for new attic insulation. I reached out to TLS via Angie's List and got a response from Seth within the hour. Explained what I needed and he was able to give me a quote over the phone based on square footage of home. I scheduled the work and they arrived a little earlier than the appointment time which was fine with me. Seth and his associate were very professional and very knowledgeable. Seth and his wife Courtney were both extremely friendly, courteous and professional from the start - returning our initial phone call, giving us a fair quote and scheduling our project (Courtney) ... to finish - whereby Seth showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up everywhere afterwards, and was as friendly and professional as could be. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation!!!

Our home was built in 2016, but not to our specifications. The builder did just the minimum R-34 insulation in the attic, causing the HVAC to run constantly most of the year and the home could not hold its temperature (set to 73 but rose as high as 80 degrees). I sent a request to TLS and (surprisingly) got a call back within minutes from the owner Seth who, despite being on the road in Texas acquiring new trucks, spent a solid 15-20 mins on the phone to understand my situation. His product type is above standard and his prices are extremely fair, so set an appointment. Two weeks later, his brother Tom arrive 10 minutes EARLY for the appointment and his crew quickly knocked out the job in less time that they estimated. Since then our home (now with R-50+ attic insulation) stays cooler, has less humidity and the HVAC isn't working as hard. Hats-off to Seth & Tom at TLS Insulation! I highly recommend this company!!

Seth snd his team were responsive, andclear on the scope and pricing of the job. They fixed AC duct leaks before blowing in the unsulation. The benefits are already obvious.

It went very well. John was on the site. They did everything they said they would do. Cleaned the area very well after. Prices were very reasonable.
