Description of Work: Called company to give me (2) estimates. One was only laying 250 sq.ft of insulation.(not a huge job). Then the next estimate was a carport to come off the side of the one car garage and cover a 12x26 concrete pad. For car parking. Travis(owner) said insulation would be $210, which was a price that worked for me. The carport, he took measurements, told me his opinion on what to do, told me about some Rolls Royce plant he worked on somewhere(told story over and over), and said he would call me in the afternoon, the same day. He came for estimate at 9:30am. He talked very professional, about how good of work he does, and how his company is huge and its always done right. So, it all sounded good. Now mind you, when I called, I told them it was a small job. So at that time, if it was too small, they should have said so. When he came and said he did metal work, so I asked for carport quote. More business for him!! So when leaving, I said the insulation price sounded good to me. He said ok, and he would call later with quote....Today is Sept 27th and still no call. He must have so much work, he doesnt need money! Must be nice!!! To sum it up, he should have told me on the phone or when we talked in person, he wasnt interested. So I wasted a whole day waiting for call, and I could have went elsewhere. To me, he talked like a "snake oil salesman"!!! I would never recommend him to anyone. Just because he talked himself up so big, and then nothing. A talker, not a walker!!! Thank you for your time, Bill
