Description of Work: We recently purchased our home and are new to FL. I called Tim. He showed up on time, took a look at the motor and garage door which at the time did not work. I honestly thought I had to purchase a new one. The previous owner also had jerry rigged bunch of wiring and it looked like a mess. He told me it could be fixed. He got rid of all the mess made it look really nice and clean . fixed the motor, Lubricate all the parts. Also replace the rusted metal at the bottom of the door and replace the worn out seal as well. Very personable, Focused and extremely efficient. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to ALL!!!

Description of Work: i backed into my very old garage door and nearly separated the bottom panel from the rest of the door. Mr. Voss returned my first call immediately, set up an appointment, arrived on time, repaired the door and checked his work. the door still works. i'm a happy camper. i was so pleased that i phoned a neighbor who needed work on his garage door opener. i don't know what my neighbor paid but he, too, was completely satisfied. i was particularly pleased that Mr. Voss didn't try to sell me anything, though he warned that my door won't last forever. when it needs replacing, i'll call him first.
