+ -1 moreMarcin Klapyta, President of Marble Experts at 4453 Ashton Road, Sarasota, FL ( business address ) has failed to complete our contract for counter top. The total amount of the contract was $6000. We have paid him $4500 as of January 16th, $3000 down and an extra $1500 he requested when he installed 1/3 of the area. This area required no cutout except three wall outlets. He has not responded to phone or email since Mid-January. He has not ordered more material. We filed a Small Claims suit against Klapyta and Marble Experts, case number 2015SC981 in Manatee County. We won a judgement, that included Court Costs, of $3800
Description of Work: Granite countertop and back splash in new kitchen - Signed contract for $6000.
