T.I.E.S 360 LLC Air Conditioning

Our experience with TIES began with Marissa who came out for the inspection of our home and assessment of the issue. Her recommendations were informed and accurate. We decided to begin with duct/vent cleaning and complete cleaning of the two handlers. Our home is around 5,000 sq feet with vaulted ceilings and two levels. A LOT of work. The crew, Julian, Justin, Leonard, Cassie, came out on time as scheduled. They began by covering all relevant areas thoroughly (including the art work). They were very diligent and professional. Also very friendly and trustworthy. When it was finished they cleaned up and the a/c runs great and it may sound crazy but my husband and I both think the air feels better! He said it’s like turning tap water into Evian. Thanks to everyone at TIES but especially the guys and gal that worked so hard in our home.

Not only was my AC serviced, I found out that my 12 year old system was not running at the optimum and need a few parts to ensure the system was running at it's best. I appreciated the time the technician spent discussing my options and cost for each. I will follow up and have my ducts cleaned and sealed knowing that the life and quality of my system has been extended - and I am breathing the best air that I can. Very much appreciated the knowledge and honesty. This is the only AC company I would recommend!

On time worked efficiently. Cleaned all air grater and re-installed. Took photos of ducts to make sure they were clean - excellent service - very nice/pleasant staff. Worked efficiently and unobtrusively.

Anthony came over-showed me the mold & problems that were on the ducts, set up an apartment, came & did the job.

They inspected the system (a 15 year old Bard wall-hung) and reported that it was working as expected. I subsequently hired them to clean the system, which was moldy and to clean the duct work. Their price was easily $400-$500 above competitors. I went with them and expected that they'd do the _best job_. Work went poorly. The service techs were here for about three hours (two employees + an apprentice). There was a boot torn during work. Still found dust in system at first inspection, following cleaning. Called owner, who came back and re-cleaned entire system. Owner apologized, saying he expected the job to be better. At this time, I would have perhaps offered a B as a grade. Now, only 5 months later, I called because our system has not been performing (not cooling; not removing humidity) and has been producing a musty odor. They say that I would have to pay an additional service charge since the cleaning was only warranted for 30 days. I give an F rating from a combination of price, poor quality, lack of responsiveness, and unwillingness to stand behind their work. I will not be hiring them again, for any services.

Anthony came to my house to examine my mold situation and to give me an estimate on cleaning the ac ducts. I was satisfied with the price, so I hired him. After scheduling the work, Dylan, Jr and Carlos arrived right on time Tuesday morning and were very pleasant and professional. The three men worked for most of the day cleaning the ducts in the house and the ac unit outside (which is a hanging ac so no easy task!) and then sealing the ducts due to a large pressure loss that was happening. (Carlos even went above and beyond and took care of a bunch of wasp nests that I was too afraid to go near!) They worked all day and were very easy to talk to as I asked from time to time what stages they were at. When the job was complete, the clean up was impeccable inside and out! The computer was not able to print out the final reading for the seal, so I spoke to Isabella at the office and she scheduled Dylan to come back in a few days and they did! Right on time a usual, Dylan and Nick removed the ac unit again and got me my new seal pressure readings with print out! I would definitely hire them again for ac and ductwork and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch professional ac and duct cleaning company. I am very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I can tell that they are a company that stands behind their work and customer satisfaction means a lot to them. Their prices were pretty good too! :-)

The techs were on time, professional, polite, and very clean except in a few areas where they reinstalled the AC grates where they could have vacuumed a little better. Not only did they answer all my questions, but also showed me the vent sealing process as it was done. I was not home for the vent cleaning process but they did take pictures of the vents before and after. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use this company in the future. I had gotten a couple of estimates from other companies, but have to say that their initial visit to give an estimate sold me on T.I.E.S for the work I needed done.

My initial meeting with the owner Anthony Lenard went very very well. Mr Lenard was courteous professional and knowledgeable.He spent a great deal of time checking all aspects of my existing system. He took measurements both manually and with varies gauges. Once he completed his assessment he explained what he had found and then made recommendations for a system to replace the old system. The installers were equally courteous professional and knowledgeable. Dylan & Junior obviously worked well together & worked quickly and proficiently Once they completed the installation of the new system, they cleaned up all the areas where they had worked and then went over the operation of the system and thermostat with me. I am enjoying my nice, cool home more than ever! I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys are fabulous! I bought a mildew ridden home and even though we scrubbed from top to bottom, it still smelled very musty. Once the work was complete, no more smell! The staff was professional and courteous. Covered areas in plastic and wore booties in the home. So thankful, since I am allergic to mold and mildew. Now I can enjoy my new home! Absolutely the best money I've ever spent!

After some initial confusion in getting in touch, I was able to schedule the cleaning on my availability on very short notice. The company bent over backwards to come to my house to clean the duct work when I was available. A very professional operation. The owner explained to me what they would do. I have a lot of experience in Air Conditioning and was impressed with how they worked! I had gotten the deal on Angies List and knew I had more duct work than the deal would cover. Their price was very fair. The house was a bank repo and had a musty moldy smell, when T.I.E.S 360 was done the smell was gone! I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

I am a licensed contractor with the State of Florida. I needed someone to help one of my clients get rid of a terrible smoke smell in a home they just purchased. The ceiling grills were yellow from nicotine and the duct work had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I know TIES 360 does great work, but I was skeptical if they could actually get rid of this smell. So I called Anthony and he assured me that they could. TIES 360 was on time, professional and thorough. As a contractor it was nice to see another company wear shoe covers, lay down floor runners and treat this home as if it was theirs. They were very thorough and kept me updated throughout the process. I could have not asked for better results and my client is very happy with their work. The smoke smell is gone! When a well informed contractor such as myself uses TIES 360, and puts them in my own clients home to help me resolve an issue that I cant... that should speak volumes. Thanks again Ties!

Neat and tidy - Vacuumed after cleaning ducts - Excellent job, pleasant people.

Company was professional, informational, and did a great job!! This was a condo unit that was compromised by mold due to a roof leak this past summer. After clean up the air still had an odor and suspected it was in the air duct system. After cleaning and treating the air ducts the smell is gone. Hopefully our problem is resolved but will only know over time after the good smell of the solution they used in the process dissipates. We would definitely hire this company again.
