I had several window film people over to request a quote and when I talked on the phone to the owner of this LLC company he convinced me that their film was way better than the competition and would cut my heat in the lanai by more than half. Of course the price was more than double the other quotes, but since my lanai was unusable I thought since cutting the heat in half would be great, I went with Window Film Specialists LLC. Well, this is a scam, since it is still 98 degrees out in my lanai . It has cut the glare, but nothing else. I could have paid half this price and gotten the same kind of film. I paid for the most expensive film and it is no better than any other film. I would not buy from these people again.

The job was done professionally and ahead of the original schedule. I would recommend this company. I thought the price was a little high but did not research price points.

It made a huge difference and it is such an improvement. I can look outside and enjoy the scenery, but not worry that everything is being bleached by the sun. Also my neighbors can't see me if I sit by the front window.

Randy Faust delivered what he promised and Gabe the installer was efficient, curious, and professional. Randy recommended a window company to replace a fogged window panel before applying the Vista film to that window and the installer returned shortly after its installation to complete the job. The Vista film has made a huge difference already in protecting my art work and furniture without the need to close drapes and shades plus it has reduced the heat level in our home. I actually was able to turn the thermostat up by a few degrees. The safety and security film is an added bonus in giving us peace of mind while traveling away from home and also during severe tropical storms. We have an older home without the benefit of storm shutters. I rate my experience with both the sales rep and the installer as A++. No complaints our end. All my calls were returned promptly and I highly recommend these folks.

any.We were told the job would cost $2600. This was arranged by our realtor. When we went to the condo to see how the job was going, we found a single young man using a squeegee and solvent to remove the film. The whole job was completed in 1 day, and ony one person worked on the job. We thought $2600 for one days work and a couple of gallons of solvent was very steep; acually unconscionable. We contacted the company, and they defended their price saying it was "hard work" and they came very quickly. This explanation did not relieve the feeling that we had been gouged by this company.

The owner came over and gave an estimate. Very knowledgeable and courteous. The installer was first class. Would use them again to tint other windows.

From sales call to installation everything went perfectly. A pleasure doing business with this firm.

Window Film Specialists were very thorough in their explanations of what we had to choose from. Literally, they gave us a warranty of the product that they put on.

This review maybe in the wrong place. Wouldn't let me do a home improvement site. They do great work, have had 2 large windows done. Both had to be covered from April to October because the sun was so bright and hot, now with the sun blocking film they are open to the world all the time. I can now see outside, not living in a cave of darkness. I should have done this years ago. They are the best.,on time fast and it looks so easy. On one window we had old film the was peeling off, they have a machine that just took it away. How neat, new film in a short time. I have a lifetime warranty so if any peeling or fading happens I don't pay. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!
