Very well....Dave, the serviceman, was very professional and polite. He provided excellent work to my satisfaction and he cleaned up both work areas before leaving.

It went better than I expected. Everything was completed to satisfaction. Communication was great. The service technician was meticulous and he’s a pro through and through. Won’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

The workmanship was outstanding and the professional handling ere unbelievable. Not one mess had to be picked up. So clean it was unbelievable. Outstanding workmanship and would definitely hire immediately. This service should be used on a top list and rated very highly.

Juan, the handyman sent out, informed us that he could not do it for legal reasons so my Mother and I ended up doing it ourselves. But I would consider contacting The Handyman Company again for future work.

This is a follow-up to my critical review of June 4, 2019. Received a call from the company. Two men were dispatched within the hour. The door was promptly fixed and we are totally satisfied with the repair work. Would call them again.

Very well. Joey was professional and ensured safety was a primary issue. I trust the work he did is completely acceptable.

Greg did a great job. He was on time and explained the process. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Would use again for future jobs.

They came out to fix that, scrape the rust, and then paint.

The Handyman Company (THC) agreed to responsibility of matching any items necessary as best they can and charged me a contractors rate per hour plus materials (approx $65-$70 per hour) but sent out a handyman that works under THC license but is not licensed himself. Poor craftsmanship: sealed outside dog door with plywood, sealed exterior wall they built with plywood stating they could not match my exterior siding (had Paul's Pro Service out afterwards who directed me to lumber yard in my area that has matching exterior). Wall dips where they patched hole in wall with drywall and is noticeable through paint, where the chair railing use to be is noticeable through paint, measurements were off on both windows requiring rework and supplies. Extremely poor customer service: manager never came to job site while I was present although he knew I had issue with work/job, at end of job stated I was trying to take advantage of THC by refusing to pay for extra materials purchased for THC error in measurement and items not completed in the contract. In my opinion I was grossly over charged for the quality of work and respect received by THC. Quite possibly the worst company to choose for services!

I was able to get in touch right away and schedule an appointment. The company called to verify appointment that morning and The serviceman was right on time. He was great - very efficient and professional and even cleaned up afterward. The kitchen faucet was more difficult because some of the plumbing had to be removed but he completed within an hour. The Handyman Company guarantees all of their work.

Bill Little did an excellent job. He was very professional and personable.

The gentleman came out and did the service but I was only %90 satisfied. There was some work I had to go back and do myself. I paid him more for the project voluntarily and didn't realize the minor errors until he was already gone.

They were fine. The carpenter was really good in doing the work but very irresponsible about when he appeared. He wouldn't return phone calls a lot and I had to call the company. The price was high because of the triple markup.

Gary B came in and was creative in fixing the air conditioning unit which had leaked into creating a big repair job in the wall. His ieda saved us lots of money and it was a great fix. He made several unplanned trip to Home Depot and overall did a fine job which I think took longer than he thought. However, he stuck to the price and in the end, we were very happy with the service. I would (and have) hired Gary again to provide these and quot;odd jobsand quot; for my parents. (We ended up cancelling the second call as the problem fixed itself but,I will definitely use him and this company again.

Overall, it was refreshingly honest. No, they did not fix my problem, but they did not waste my time and money either. I did find a specialist and the problem was fixed the same day. I will not hesitate to contact The Handyman Company for future problems. I think they will deal with me honestly.

Did not think price did not include materials. No way I would of agreed to price. Patch in garage ceiling is excellent. Stucco around door...... He got it all over my new $500 storm door and never wiped any of it off. Recessed light. Must of cut ceiling wrong because there is now a flap of ceiling next to the recess plate. Seal floorboards...... Still many spots not sealed. Crown molding looks good but he never covered anything so plaster or something got all over brand new bedroom set and clothing on nightstand. I called and spoke to a manager who offered for someone else to come fix things also said he was mailing me some money back as a refund. Been 2 weeks now. Still no check. Do not use them. Charging people $125 a hour for labor should be against the law.

The quote for painting was too high. I negotiated a quote about half the quoted price, and still found someone who has been recommended to me by my contractor, and price is even lower. I found the person unprofessional, pointing out flaws in previous work done.

My house was built in 1924 and I had an old wooden door that was rotting and they replaced it with a metal door. They did everything that they said that they would do even though the first door that they came with was not suitable and so they had to bring another. They did fine.

They were pretty good. They were punctual and friendly.
