They come, they are prompt, they are in and out. I can't think of anyone else I would rather have do this type of work for me. I would absolutely recommend them.

They arrived 10 minutes early! They were very professional, yet personable, They explained exactly what they were going to do, and what we should expect. They worked quickly and quietly, cleaned up after the job, and the price was exactly what was quoted. And everything looks great! A very pleasant experience!

Sweeney Cleaning Co., which I had used previously, cleaned 3 rooms of carpet in our rental unit. They knew we owners were not in FL as we had directed them to pick up unit keys from our property manager. When they completed the cleaning, the technician called us to assure us that everything "cleaned up nicely." When our seasonal tenants arrived 3 weeks later, they refused to take residence because of the musty odor in the unit. In the experienced opinion of our property manager, the odor, which Sweeney ads claim won't ever happen, was caused by the lack of ventilation or air conditioning following the cleaning. She had to have the carpets re-cleaned and deodorized while the angry tenants spent 2 nights in a motel. Subsequently our manager tried to recoup these added expenses on our behalf from Sweeney, but Sweeney was unresponsive and eventually stopped taking her phone calls. I wrote to Sweeney myself in mid-February and outlined the situation again, requesting only a reimbursement of their original cleaning charge. Two months later, I have not received a response. So I will chalk up this $700 carpet cleaning misadventure to bad experience....and never use or recommend Sweeney Cleaning Co. again!

Sweeneys did a fantastic job and were a delight to do business with. They gave me a timeframe of noon -2pm and showed up exactly at noon. They were very professional and efficient in their work. We are extremely pleased with the results of their work and will absolutely call them again for other services.

The company worked hard to find a time convenient for us to perform the cleaning. They arrived on time, accommodated our building requirements for outside services, brought all needed equipment and supplies. They discussed their plan of work so I would know where they were and where they would be working next. This helped my to corral our pets and keep them out of the way. Services were performed. The carpets were cleaned completely, spots and stains removed. Furniture was kept away from the moisture, carpets were left nearly dry. The dryer vent cleaning (offered at $35 with carpet cleaning) turned out to be worth the cost of the whole service. They found and corrected a defective dryer connection in the course of their cleaning. My wife states that it's like she has a new dryer. We have no complaints and are absolutely delighted with the results. I highly recommend Sweeney Cleaning Co.

It was very good and they stuck right with it. It saved me a lot and I would highly recommend them.

They were almost an hour late getting here, without a phone call. I called the office, was told they were enroute, but having trouble finding the street. Then they called me, i told them what streets to look for on the map. They were here within 20 minutes. I went through the house with the man, told him what i wanted done, asked him about some stains. One he said he might get out, the other he was sure it wouldn't come out. He was right. Green stains do not come out of carpet, but the brown one, while not completely gone blends into the carpet. The furniture looked remarkable. I don't think they did as good a job on the carpet, but it was a lot of carpet, and there was some wear that i thought was just dirt in the and quot;pathand quot;. Everyone has paths - regular tracks they make as the shortest distance to the bathroom, bedroom, etc. Overall for that price i have no complaints with the cleaning. I do expect professionals of any kind to arrive on time or call if they are detained. I received an apology, but that's really not enough. I will use them again, but if they are late again, i will mark them off my list. They are based in Sarasota, but they do cleaning in both Port Charlotte and P**** Gorda, and list a Port Charlotte phone number in their ads. I had Roy and Roger. Both were pleasant, kept busy the entire time they were here, and were very professional. They did a good job in a relatively short time.
