+ -1 moreJohn checked out all of my concerns, made some recommendations, performed an alignment, cleaned debris out of my A/C and performed the oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the final bill and very impressed with the amount time he spent with me when I came to pick up the car. John detailed exactly what was done and why, he mentioned that I may wish to consider replacing a bent wheel but let me know that it wasn't anything critical. He made a phone call on my behalf to another vendor to inquire about upholstery services I might be interested in and invited me to contact them immediately if I had any additional questions or concerns.ud I am very impressed with this experience. I was braced for bad news and it was pretty cool to find out that all of my issues could be resolved by the simplest of services. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new service "home" for my vehicle and it looks like I have found one in Swanson's. If you drive an import don't bother going anywhere else - these are your guys!!!!
Description of Work: I have a 2003 Lexus SC 430 with about 100,000 miles on it that I am very fussy about. I took it in for a shimmy above 30 MPH, a strange lowhistling noise from the A/C and an oil change.

+ -1 moreThe shop is very clean and the people that work there are very polite. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Everyone there is incredibly nice. They do nice, honest work. My car needed some serious work done and they were very upfront with what would be cost effective and what wouldn't. John, the mechanic I dealt with, didn't charge me anything for taking a look at my car and trying to figure out what was wrong with it.
Description of Work: I took my Jaguar here because I was having all kinds of problems that no one had been able to figure out.

Swanson's did the work right the first time. It very close to their initial cost and timing estimate. They were punctual and communicated very well on progress of the work done.
Description of Work: We have used Swanson's for all of our automotive service and repairs for three personal vehicles for the last 4 years. Ed Acosta, the owner, is honest, skilled, and does what he says he will do. Swanson has done service work for us for two Toyotas, a Honda, a Ford, and a 1966 Pontiac. We have had everything done from oil changes, to wheel alignments, to a complete engine re-build for the 66 Pontiac. We have referred my business partners and friends who have also used Swanson's and to-date nobody has anything but praise for the quality of their work.
