Bill was very prompt and inspected the roof. Although I have not yet received the promised report, he did show me photographs of potential trouble spots. When I asked when I could get my $100 in repairs done, I was told that Armour Roofing does not deal with tile roofs, so now I have to hire someone else and I lose the $100 in repairs I was supposed to receive with this deal. No where in the offering was there any mention of not dealing with tile roofs. If I had seen this, I would not have purchased the voucher and would have hired someone else. Thus overall I don't feel I got what I paid for beyond the report and pictures.

Ed inspected the roof from end to end noting every little detail. He has an eye for spotting areas which may be a concern for the future and that is very beneficial. Not many homeowners will get up on the roof and walk around with the roofer, but I did. He took photos of certain areas to watch and provided the photos and narrative in a report he provided afterward. The service he provided was first rate. I have had providers try to convince me that this or that could be wrong, but Ed was very respectful in explaining anything of which I was not certain. I will recommend him to others in the future who have reason to need a roof contractor.

Salesman Bill was very knowledgeable of the required work, very courteous. Owner provided me with necessary documentation detailing insurance coverage and contractor's license. I had numerous bids and this company's was right in the ball park and able to guarantee me a start and completion date.

Armour had done the flat and patio roof jobs. They were really very nice. They come, check on the job and he calls us to find out what is going on? I am happy with them. They were prompt and on time. They were neat and cleaned the area after their work is over. They did a good job and on schedule.
