+ -1 moreMy experience with Sterling Manufacturing went great. They're excellent, from the salesperson to the coordinator to the construction guys. They were on time, all the time. They did everything they said they were going to do. They did it when they said they were going to do it. They did extra things without being asked. They're great. They also kept things clean and were very professional. The prices were very competitive.

+ 1 moreWe had Silestone countertops installed in a rental apartment several years ago. The condo is on the beach and sometimes gets careless renters when the weather is not beach-worthy. Chips were found on the edge of the counter in the kitchen. The company we used to install the counters went out of business, and we phoned over a dozen others to find someone who would repair the chips. One company recommended Sterling Manufacturing. The person I spoke with, Katy, was wonderful -- informative, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and very competent. The color of the Silestone was matched, the repair person phoned prior to arriving, did a good job, cleaned up afterward. Excellent. I will use them again for kitchen and bath remodeling jobs in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Chips on the edge of a granite composite countertop were repaired.

+ 0 moreSterling was so responsive and professional - from making the appointment over the phone to the actual service - I want to share this experience!! My appointment window was from 1:00 - 3:00PM. At 1:00PM sharp, Jose Vazques, a field manager, called to let me know he was on the way. Jose went right to work and completely restored the basin. He is very knowledgeable and I would absolutely calll Sterling with any further restoration needs. I think I like my Corian again and will love it after a little TLC!! I plan to visit their showroom and work on a tile backsplash for my kitchen. Thank you, Jose and Tom Shapiro. While this is a small job compared to all you do - you made me believe customer service and integrity still exist.
Description of Work: Correct discoloration in Master Bath Corian countertop. I had used a chemical to declog my slow draining basin and the liquid made an unsightly bleached effect in the Corian.
