Jeff was great! We hired Spanos Environmental for a pre-purchase mold test/inspection of a condo. We just wanted to ensure that there wasn't any mold present in the walls, etc. Jeff conducted the inspection that included taking some samples that will be sent to a lab for testing.

Very thorough. Very honest. Like the fact that he also does work as a Chaplain. He also trained with the experts who worked in New Orleans after Katrina. Very knowledgeable and very helpful with all of our questions. Wanted to help beyond just our air pointed out many things that would make our home air quality safer. Also told us how to correct other things that he observed and how a handyman should correct them and what products they should use.

Jeff did an excellent job identifying some obscure mold and offered suggestions on how to control dust. However, my reason for hiring him at a cost of $300 did not identify the source or the composition of the excess dust I was experiencing
