Spanos Environmental

I hired Spanos Environmental and the owner had time the next day to "to test for Formaldehyde in our home" after we had a flooring installed. We were told that we would hear from him with the results probably in two days. It has now been two weeks and we can not get him to respond from several phone calls and many emails asking what the results were. However, the check for $125 was cashed the day he came to our home. If I could give this company a "0", we would. I am checking into options to retrieve our money but would prefer to have an answer and a response from this so call company. Do not hire Spanos Environmental!!!

Very prompt response to my request, Jeff was great about emailing to obtain detailed info about the job and was able to fit us in to his schedule quickly. He called to let me know he was running about 15 minutes late, was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable and professional and efficient. We'll be using him again this fall at another property.

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Responded to my request quickly and answered my 100s of questions. Rescheduled his day to clean my air ducts during a short time frame. Will definitely use him again.

SPANOS ENVIRONMENTAL WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND THE COST OF FAIR. BUT HE WAS SURPOSED TO GIVE US A SECOND TEST RESULT. WE NEVER RECEIVED THIS CALLED FOUR TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .

They were over an hour late but was not a real problem. Very good through job.

Jeff was great! Did a free review of our house to look for signs of mold or other issues that might be causing our allergies. He even lent us an air purifier to see if that helped to clear some dust. We chose only to speak with him. There were no signs of mold/issues and we weren't interested in purchasing an air purifier, the ozone smell & the cost outweighed the dust collection for our needs; but Spanos Environmental was pleasant to work with for the consultation.

Spanos Environmental did an excellent job of cleaning the heating ducts of a 100 year old house that probably never had them cleaned before, certainly not in the past 40 years. It was a big project that they did a great job on. I recommend hiring them!

Mr. Spanos was very professional, courteous and thorough throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable and explained things in an easy-to-understand manner while being informative and helpful along the way. I would recommend his services to anyone who has mold-related issues. You will certainly feel like you hired the right professional to get the job done right the first time.
