Jeff was wonderful to work with, listened to my concerns and then matched the testing he performed, rather than a lot of the other companies a spoke with you had a one size fits all approach. The reports were clear and he was there to help me understand them all. So pleased!!

Mr. Spanos was prompt in answering request punctual and thorough and his report clear and answered all questions. Even though he sells a product he was informative but did not oversell it at all.

He was very helpful and gave us advice on how to avoid some of our problems in the future and explained how it might have happened. He also checked many other areas of the home as well.

The key for us is that the work is done professionally and that of course implies the individual has the expertise especially when it come to scientific analysis. Mr. Spanos has all of that. I found Mr. Spanos knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I chose him because I thought he did more expansive testing beyond molds. That was a misunderstanding on my part. He arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame promised. I received a document from him a day later with the results. I have received more thorough documents in the past along with verbal observations. In the end, I am not sure I found the limited testing particularly valuable. You may want to discuss with Mr. Spanos or any other environmental inspector the possibility of doing multiple locations and even swabbing surfaces if you have concerns.
