Description of Work: Called Southeast for an estimate on some roof repair, they sent somebody out to perform an estimate. We agreed on a price and they emailed me a contract which was signed and accepted, and a deposit was charged on my credit card. That was the last I heard from them. Literally Months and Months and Months went by, and no word. Calls went unanswered, as well as emails. Nothing. Then finally, 8 months later I was able to get in touch with them, and they said they decided not to do my repairs for an unknown reason. A simple phone call or email would have been nice. They did return the deposit. |Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreI met with the owner, Stephen Dehart and he gave me a price for replacing my tile roof. The workers came on the day promised. They did an excellent job and each day they cleaned the yard of any debris. I was impressed that the owner came by each morning to make sure everything was going ok. They finished on time with no delays or extra cost. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
Description of Work: Removed old tile roof, repair boards that had rotted, installed new tile roof. Also, installed new skylights.
