It's impossible to say enough positive things about these two. They were phenomenal in every way !!!!!! My husband and I have purchase 9 homes in our lives. All of them were homes we lived in so these weren't casual investment or rental purchases. Todd and Tamara are in a league of their own. They were knowledgeable about the real estate market, were patient as we looked at many homes, some more than once and then represented us well during the purchase of a home and after. They work extremely well together; complementing each other's strengths. They are very detail oriented and thorough. They were extremely responsive and available, including looking at homes for us while we traveled to the area. They met with us at times convenient for us and with a moments notice. Once we found a home they knew details important to writing offers, negotiating on our behalf, etc. After our offer to purchase was accepted they suggested an excellent home inspector, and recommended and met with a roofer to fix a small problem found in the inspection.(We had other bids to do this work, none as good as the person they recommended.) On top of all these professional skills they are very enjoyable to work with. These realtors are very smart, knowledgeable, ethical and successful. Although they represented us in a purchase, we observed how they handled listings. They are present every time a prospective buyer comes to look at one of the homes they listed for sale. This is extremely valuable for sellers and yet we've never had a realtor who did this when we sold homes. Working with the Curreys was the best experience we've ever had with any type of professional service. The fact that their listing and sale figures were sky high during the months we worked with them demonstrated two things to us. First is that our experience with them is typical of other clients experiences or they wouldn't be so successful; and second, that no matter how busy they are you will get 100% from them. It's a pleasure to review such outstanding people.
