We did not like the first set and went back to the store and true to their guarantee they replace the mattress the same day without a hassle with great service.

Originally contacted merchant by e-mail and received an Immediate response, however, I asked for additional information to place my order and did not get a response. I made a phone call and was informed the person i was dealing wiith was unavailable but would call the next day...I am still waiting. Apparently, Sleep King isn't hurting for the business. Granted it wasn't a large order but an order none the less. I prefer to deal with neighborhood businesses but lucky me I was able to find the item in question at half the price elsewhere and no shipping. P.S. I originally visited the showroom early January to inquire about the item in question

We ran in late on June 30 after buying a home in Sarasota, and realizing we could not survive on a blowup mattress while we flew down each month to renovate the house. We told them what kind of mattress set we needed, and that we needed it delivered the next day. After trying out over 10 sets or so, we decided on a set, paid for it, and made an appointment for next day delivery. They arrived at the appointed time, set up the frame and unwrapped the set-0--- and put everything in place. The delivery men were very pleasant Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and would not hesitate to use them again
