This was the 2nd time I used Rado for work. He did an excellent job on the laminate install.

Much care and detail was given to the project. The tile looks great. Rado was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely use him again.

I hired Signum Plus. Rado, the owner, was courteous, showed up when he said he would. He worked diligently, neatly and carefully. He completed the job when he said he would and made sure that I was satisfied. I would highly reccommend Signum Plus.

Overall the project was a success and the price was what was quoted. The work took about 2 weeks to complete as expected. It began with very prompt response for a quote of my first floor bathroom. I was quoted for the re-tiling of the shower and tub area of approximately 80 sq ft as well as a shower niche and shower seat, a custom frameless shower enclosure, and a fixing water-damaged drywall on the ceiling. None of the estimates included materials like tile or grout. I had met with 2 other contractors prior and they quoted $1000 more for the same work and were highly certain there was mold behind the old tile. The reason I went with Rado was because of 1) price, 2) this was my first remodel project and he was able to clearly explain why there was little to no mold as well as answer my other noobie questions honestly, and 3) he seemed very reasonable and gave off the impression that he would work with me rather than bulldoze my concerns. After accepting to work with Rado, he supplied an estimate for the materials and parts that I needed. He recommended travertine tile for its price, ease to work with, and how well it works in showers. I made it very clear up front about building up the shower in such a way to prevent water leakage and damage in the future. I did a lot of online research regarding this. I'm sure I was probably a little annoying at times, but Rado was very understanding and was willing to work with me. He explained that since there was cement beneath my shower pan, many of the shower pan techniques were not necessary because any water will get reabsorbed there and said that if I wanted to use cement backer board and seal the areas between the backer board, that it was no problem. The remodel started and it went pretty smoothly. We spent some time getting the calculations just right on how to set up the design of the tile to work with where the shower handle, shower niche, seat, and shower enclosure where going. He was very open to suggestions and my preferences as we worked to find the right balance of what was easy for him to do and what looked the best. There were several times where he was willing to do what looked best even when it meant some rework. Whenever there was any question as to what to do, he would ask for my preference first. This is something I would come to highly value because it showed that my preferences were the most important and was one of the reasons I believe the project was so successful. After completion of the work, there were still a few issues. One was minor, which was to remove the extra, dried sand on all the other tiles because the tile felt like sand paper. The travertine has holes that are filled which requires "grouting" over the entire tile to fill them. The sand was leftover as a byproduct of Rado not cleaning off the extra sand after grouting and before sealing the tile. I wanted to do this myself because I found I would be very anal about sealing the tile, so I spent a few hours sanding down the tile and resealing it myself. Another issue was regarding the slope of the shower floor. Our drain is not centered in our floor which means that the slopes from all sides of the shower will be different. Using the long leveler from all corners, it appeared they all sloped towards the drain. However, I asked about using a smaller leveler because that didn't mean all areas in-between the wall and drain were sloped correctly and I noticed that there was an area that was flat. I expressed my concern but he assured me that it would drain due to the flow of the other water. I was no expert in this matter so I deferred to his judgement only after he promised that if there was an issue, he would come back and fix it. It turns out the shower did have a puddle there and so I called him and two days later, he was back and worked with me to fix it. It now works wonderfully. The end product is functional and looks fantastic. We've gotten several compliments from family and friends. We came up with the design ourself but Rado executed it. There were several areas where there were precision cuts that were made to the travertine. These small things take time and the extra work Rado and Rudy did to make these detailed cuts which make all the difference. Rado has many pros: he is reliable, hardworking, understanding, knowledgeable, great attitude, reasonable pricing, and willingness to work with the customer. I think Rado's only con is that the very fine details may be missed. When we put our super critical cap on, we see there are slight tile/rail levelness issues as well as the other two I mentioned. I attribute this to how quickly and efficiently he works, and the good price he offers. If you want something perfect, you will be paying way more to get that small increase in extra quality. If you want something close to perfect with the benefits of everything else, you go with Signum Plus.

Rado responded to our request and showed up on time. He repaired all broken tiles and left the shower in "as new" condition in two days. Very personable and an excellent craftsman.

Rado was prompt to provide both the estimate and on time for the repair. He matched to grout color perfectly, reset the tile exactly, and cleaned up when he was done. Great work - no complaints. 100% recommendation!! Radio, thank you.

It all went very well. Rado is very skillled. I had seen his work before in a friend's house where he repaired an entire entry way with new tiles and had created a beautiful design. We did not need this type of work but we had at least 40 tiles that were hollow underneath & some were elevated - you would feel them as you walked on them. As I wrote above, this was the technique we wanted - no mess- no broken tiles - & no trying to match tiles that were 14 years old! Rado called us immediately after being contacted by the "concierge" service you provided. He was busy but fit us in his schedule. He worked quickly and effectively; - and we thought his pricing was more than fair. We were very satisfied - I would rate Rado with Signum Plus - an "A ++"!

Rado was one of the best workers i have had the pleasure of dealing with. His work is impeccable, attention to detail fantastic, pleasant demeanor and I would recommend him highly to all my friends and family. He is truly an exceptional worker!! I would hire him again in a minute!!

The owner, Rado, was prompt and knowledgeable. He explained the challenges of removing tiles adjacent to tiles in our dining and living room and recommended we visit tile companies to discuss with them various ideas. Rado made suggestions as our plan developed. He was able to get us discounts at the tile stores we chose and aligned his schedule for when the tiles were delivered. Rado built a "tent" around the area he was working and kept dust and dirt to a minimum. He always cleaned up. Rado devoted four days to complete the job and it looks great. While on site Rado also took care of some additional small things we wanted done in other rooms. The hardest thing to do was to match new grout with the grout in adjacent tiles. Rado was patient and tried many different grouts and found the perfect match. Rado is knowledgable, friendly, trustworthy and patient. If every person who does work on your house was like Rado being a homeowner would be so much easier.

Company was recommended by someone at work The owner came and we discussed what needed to be done We decided that he would go to his store of choice to get ceramic pieces I needed to complete the step down area in the porch. I already had the tiles and grout for the larger pieces. He replaced 3 tiles in the kitchen and cemented some tiles pieces from counter top also. Since I was on vacation, I left him in my home and ran some errands. He was very neat and even came on 4th of July Holiday to finish up. Since I had no touch up paint, he brought some he had at home. He used my outside hose and noticed I had a screw loose and replaced it for me. The job, while not a large one was a little on the tricky side. He does other work also and I would use him again

Rado's price was great, but the job really required more extensive work than just tiling. Rather than piecemeal the project with different craftsmen for other aspects of the work, I went with a larger company that could deal with everything. I will certainly consider Signum Plus for future tile projects!

We selected Signum Plus to do the work because we have used them in the past and were impressed with the high quality of their services. The owner, Rado, is very reliable, friendly, courteous and professional. He promptly followed up on all phone calls and emails during the planning phase. His pricing was more than reasonable for the large area that was covered. He and his assistant worked for four (4) full days on our project, and we are thrilled with the stunning results! I would definitely recommend Rado to anyone who needs tile or paver work.

I had 2 lanai areas covered in pebbles that were deteriorating to the point of being unusable. I got several estimates for finishing them both in pavers. Even though Rado's estimate was the highest one, I chose him because he was the only one who suggested putting concrete over the surface instead of the usual sand. It was a good decision. His work was impeccable and I do not have to worry about mold or mildew or vegetation growing through. His attention to detail created a finished product that is not only usable but beautiful. He was punctual, professional and a delight to work with. I highly recommend him and will use again in the future for other projects.

Rado returned all calls promptly. Showed up when he said he would and performed all the work as promised. I was unable to be there to install our shower doors and tile for the rest of the bathroom. Rado offered to complete the rest of the bathroom for very little additional expense to help out. His estimate was more than fair and he stuck to it even though he had to lay our tiles individually rather than in one foot squares. I will definitely call Rado for our future projects. He's a guy you can trust. I had no qualms about allowing him into the house when we were unable to be there. Give him a call. The plumber he recommended was also very professional and helpful to us.
