Never heard back.

The first phase was to remove old shower door to allow access to tile and grout cleaning. The second phase was installation of new glass which the workers determined did not fit properly. This required ordering a new glass panel which was expedited. The second install went very well and we are very satisfied.

We liked tihs companies design of glass shower doors, which uses clips instead of rail slots to support the glass. This results in the use of little or no caulking . Be sure to have your tile installer tilt the shower ledge according to the companies printed instructions. The glass fit was perfect, and the door was absolutely level to the fixed glass portion. This is a much cleaner design than we have installed in other showers, but about $100-$200 more expensive. The installers really new what they were doing.

I called them around 8:30 am. I was a little put off by their service call basic charge--$125. But a handy man service had declined to try to fix the door and said I needed a specialist. The other company specializing in this area wanted $150 for a basic call, so I told The Shower Shop to schedule me. They called around 11:40 and said they would be there in 30 minutes. They arrived at 12:05. Two pleasant guys assessed the problem and worked carefully to fix it. They did not try to sell me anything and replaced the water seal at the bottom of the door gratis. They cleaned up carefully and told me the door was old and might slip again in 5 months or 5 years. When it does, I'll call them. AND they gave me a rubber ducky.
