Description of Work: We have used Sean McCutcheon's AC since 2008 and have been a contract customer for a long time because they are the best there is. We started using their services after having bad experiences with two other companies that didn't show up when they were supposed to, didn't fix things right, and overcharged us. Here in FL, who wants to mess around with that in 90 degree heat? We lucked out when we found Sean McCutcheon's. Every one of their people have been true professionals and you know that you can count on them. Being under their service contract (which is very reasonably priced) means that they come to check things out 2x a year and you get a discount on any additional services you may need throughout the year (which rarely happens). They always arrive on time and call before they come, they are polite and dressed appropriately, they always explain what they've done with a thorough checklist about your A/C, and their prices are very competitive. They never fix things that don't need fixing just to make a buck, and if something is a minor fix, that's all they fix. We've run the gamut in services since 2008. They've done maintenance cleanings and checks, replaced thermostats, repaired parts, and even installed a new unit. I can't say enough about them --- professional all the way. You always know that you are in good hands with one less worry in your life.

Description of Work: Completely replaced 20 yr old AC system. Every person we dealt w/was efficient, professional & a pleasure to deal with from Josh, who did the original evaluation of the problem (at 6pm I might add - they must work 12 hour days) to Greg who did the estimate on the new install to Nick and his team who installed the new system. I was completely satisfied with everything they did. I am completely satisfied with this firm.

They're the company from which I purchased a complete new air conditioning system 4 years ago and are the company to whom I |was referred about 6 years ago to correct fraudulent services performed on a prior occasion. | |On this particular occasion, I had called them because my thermostat had stopped functioning. Before the end of business that day my usual technician stopped by my home, corrected the problem, did a thorough evaluation and took time to explain why the system had temporarily stopped functioning; it was designed to shut off due to a clog in order to prevent a water overflow. | |I am and will always be grateful to Sean McCutcheon Air for discovering the fraudulent activity that James Moreland, self-described air conditioning 'specialist', |committed in my home and for treating me with the utmost respect, professionalism and honesty. I would recommend them highly and eagerly.

Description of Work: I called Sean McCutcheon's after reviewing Angies List. Mark Harvey came over and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and at no time did he apply any pressure to buy their product. He gave me a good "out the door " price estimate in a timely manner, which is exactly what I asked for. The installers arrived on time , and did a great job on the installation! Very neat and very professional ! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good product at a good price.

Description of Work: Did a good job. I didn't need to be present, that was good thing. They replaced the condensing unit motor and got the part repaired under warranty.
