An unusually high level of satisfaction and value for money. Leon provided a comprehensive proposal which was competitive with the 3 other bids I had received. we accepted, and he gave us a timeframe for completion. His team arrived on time and prepared.. They were friendly, professional and willing to answer all questions. They cleaned up completely after the work was done and made sure that we were satisfied before accepting payment. The new screening and hardware look great, and we have no more pests entering our pool area. A week later we received a thank you card from Leon. This is the way you do business!

Installed a screen panel and screen door. Took a few hours and when finished the end product was just what we expected. Everything was cleaned up like he was never there. Very experienced and professional.

When I called, they quoted me and were able to come out they next day. They came on time, performed the job quickly and left. The quote was accurate and the fix done well and quickly.

Beyond my expectations. I requested a quote through Angie's List and they called within a couple of hours to arrange an appointment. The price was quite competitive and less than what I had originally estimated. They showed up exactly on time with a large and exceptionally experienced crew. The workmanship was extraordinary. They took great care of our property and cleaned up every scrap of waste. They finished the entire job before lunch which allowed us to use our pool on that gorgeous afternoon. I was amazed when they finished. The new screens allowed us to enjoy the wonderful views from our property in a way that we were not able to before. I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

They were the low bid, but not so low as to cause suspicion. Showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up.

In addition to making new screens he noticed one of my screen door handles was broken and replaced it at no charge.

They are wonderful! They go above and beyond. The county inspector said that "these people go beyond". He said that those cages are the only ones that won't collapse in the wind because they use 16-18 bolts where others use 8. The inspector told us that other cages would collapse, but you could walk on top of the cage because it was so sturdy. The crew was very nice and professional. They charged a fair price for work that was far superior.

Initially all seemed well. Leon arrived punctually to bid the job and also arrived on time to start the job. It went down hill from there. He didn't seem to know how to remove the screens, and after 5-10 minutes of him poking and prying I had to tell him to open the windows and remove the screens from inside. I wish now that I had cancelled at that point. He proceeded to remove a screen, leave the window open and go outside to re-screen while leaving the window wide open. This process continued until all screens were done. By now the house temperature was in the mid 80's. He replaced the screen door, collected his check and left. When my wife came home and I went to show her the new screens and door, it was then I discovered the poor work. The screens are not in the least bit taut. The screen door itself is nice. The installation was terrible. When removing the old door, paint and stucco were pulled off leaving a bare surface around the door frame. The latch had to be shimmed out to make it work. He missed his mark drilling for the door latch and now there are visible drill holes in the door frame. He did not clean up after himself and left metal shavings and pieces of cut aluminum lying around. I do NOT recommend this provider.

We contacted this company to quote us on expanding and replacing our current pool cage. We also wanted a quote to have gutters installed. When the company finally called back, his response was "I am busy and have enough business in Sarasota, I don't need to go down to North Port." This is probably one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever experienced! We own a company ourselves and would never think of treating a potential customer in this fashion. This business owner had no idea what the size of this project was nor the community that we live in and how much other business he could potentially get. It is unfortunate that he is so short sighted that he would be willing to give up all business in North Port! Well good luck to all who would risk using a company like this!!!

Once started, it took less than 2 days to complete the task. Lots of caulking and cutting was required. Excellent job.

Leon is the best! We had two big tears in the pool cage screens. Initially, I called a different company who came out and replaced the screens. It took forever to get them out here and a few weeks later I saw another tear. This time, the company didn't even return my calls. I went on Angie's List and found Screenmasters of Sarasota. Leon came out immediately and found that a metal piece over the door had never been bolted down. It was causing the screen to tear every time someone opened the door. The other company never found or showed us that! We found 4 additional tears which caused my husband and I to decide to rescreen the entire cage. Leon never pushed me to do that but we realized it was necessary. Leon and his crew came out and rescreened the cage. I cannot get over how much better the screen quality is! He also repaired the loose metal bar above the door for no additional charge. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of these screens as well as Leon's attitude and work ethic. We were having a problem with tree frogs getting into our lanai so leon also installed two door guards for the screen doors. I am happy to say that since having the cage rescreened and the door guards installed, the only creatures enjoying our lanai are human! I recommended Leon to a friend and she was also thrilled with his work. He replaced a few screens for her and also installed door guards. Leon is proud of his company and of his crew and it shows. He is WONDERFUL to work with and I HIGHLY recommend him!

Went very well. Mr. Derocher gave us an estimate and we called him about a week later to arrange the service. Crew arrived in the morning, and although we had plans to be out during the day, they were fine with completing the work while we were gone. We got back about 4:30 just as they were completing and cleaning up. Screen looks great.

Leon did a wonderful job. He was on time for both the estimate and the install. The cost was very reasonable.

We had Screenmaster replace our 20 year old cage that was ready to fall down because the original builder used screws that had completely rusted. We had several bids and Screenmaster's price was 15% less than the next higher price. We extended our lanai and enlarged the cage at the same time. The whole project went without a hitch and we were kept in the loop at all times. Once work started, the guys were here every day and worked all day until the job was done. Each night they did a thorough clean up and made sure all their tools were safely stored. Partial payments were made for permitting ($500) and concrete ($1600) and the final payment of $5690 was not due until after the job was completed.

I would highly recommend Screenmasters. He was on time and very efficient at all the work that was done. I needed to have a torn panel replaced in the roof of m lanai. While he was at my home I asked about a problem with my screen door and he fixed that too. They do screen enclosures, rescreening, custom front entries and seamless gutters. I will definitely call them again when I need any of these services.

Leon clled around noon said if rain would let up some he would call back around 2 pm. Called around 2:39 (rain has slowed by then) Came out gave estimate and said he would do the work then. Looks Great!

I called Screenmasters after seeing many good reviews on Angie's List. I called for an estimate, and Leon Derocher, owner of the company, came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate, but noticed that his estimate did not include 2 lower panels. I pointed this out to him, and he only charged me $40 more as it was his error. We scheduled the work to be done a few days later. They were on time, got the work done quickly, and did great quality work. I would definitely hire them again if I needed more re-screening work done, as well as recommend them to anyone needing screens replaced.

Then town of Holmes Beach turned down our permit for an addition. So we contact Screenmaster's to get our money back and they were not willing to refund it all back to us; they said there was $80 in engineering costs and we accepted that and then he said none of the rest of it was refundable all. We then sent them a certified letter upset about this response and got a check for $120. My feeling is that they had no real expenses; even the engineering fee doesn't make sense as the drawing was very standard for any patio enclosure; it seems that he was making up things to add, travel expenses etc, in order to make up a reason to keep our $500.

Great! Leon was here when he said he would be. He was pleasant and efficient. Even though the other panels are 9 years old, you cannot tell which one was replaced. I will definitely call Leon for any needed future work that is needed.
