 + -1 moreWe bought a bedroom set, bed, dresser, and night stand. When they delivered, they forgot the night stand. The headboard had a huge scratch . They promised to bring a new headboard and a night stand in a week. We'll, they did bring the night stand but forgot the replacement headboard. We have to yet another week

 + -1 moreWill purchase American made furniture (better standards for stains and toxicity) and one with better customer service after the sale.
Description of Work: The desk we purchased strongly smelled of toxic stains or finishes. We have had some of that in the past and thought it would dissipate over time. But after nearly a week, it was still apparent that we had to move the desk into the garage as it was making us ill. In addition to that, we had several issues from delivery to sales to constomer service. The delivery service gave us a 4-hour window of time (10 - 2) and they showed up at 4 p.m. When the order was delivered, one of the desk pieces was not functioning. We refused that section of the desk. We originally tried to get another piece substituted, and later the odor was so strong we decided to return the order altogether. But no one calls you back. We have made 5 phone calls over the past 2 weeks and have yet to get a response from the company to get their items and provide a refund.
