This went so well! First of all this company had a perfect opportunity to sell a whole new roof and I wouldn't have known any better. They didnt! Much to my surprise all I needed was a repair! They provided an estimate with pictures! Explained exactly what they would do and set a date. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. I would certainly hire them again!!!

Description of Work: Repaired a section of roof which had water damage and replaced shingles on a portion of a hip. The water damaged section required new plywood. Except for the obvious new shingles, there is no evidence any work was done. A beautiful job.

He found about 10 cracked/broken tiles & repaired them. Our main concern was that a number of tiles were becoming discolored. He thought it must have been manufacturing defects. He was able to paint these discolored tiles with a special tile roof paint & It looks wonderful. Fred was very careful & precise in his work & made the roof look new again. He was one of those rare special workers who took great care & pride in his work. I would surely recommend him to anyone wanting quality roof work.

Fred showed up on time and went right to work. He cleaned the gutters and also cleaned up any debris that fell on the ground. Roof was also inspected and luckily had no issues. I was very pleased with the work Fred did and will use them again!

He came out within a few days of my initial call for an estimate. Wrote up the estimate, gave an approximate start date. The day before his start date he called to say he would be there. Showed up when promised and completed job. Very satisfied with his promptness, reliability and work.
Description of Work: Repaired leak in roof. He carefully removed the barrel tiles, replaced plywood, added new membrane,replaced barrel tiles and cemented tiles.

A friend recommended SF Roofing Quest to me because I do 2-3 roofs a year on homes that I rehab and resell. The owner, Fred McCullough, showed up on time and gave me a complete estimate that beat my current guys hands down. He pulled the permits, and started work on schedule. His crew was clean, efficient, and did a nice quality job. I have never had as good an experience with a roofing company, and I'll use them again. Highest Recommendation!
