He did a great job and for what I thought was a fair price.

Charged $250.00 and said it would stop leak. Got a gallon can of sealer and took about 20 minutes to apply it. The roof continued to leak and Fred has not returned several calls

Outstanding!! They brought a large, experienced crew and did the job, with quality, in just two days. When we mentioned a small issue, they immediately had a worker come back to fix it. Knowledgeable, communicative, superior workmanship. Fred was wonderful. Best yet, their price was the lowest of three bids. One of the few service companies I would recommend. A++

Outstanding. 41 squares. Fred McCollough, the owner, said two days; done in two days. Arrived on time both days, and finished on time. I am very pleased with the result. With the threat of rain on day one, more crew arrived midday and had the self adhesive underlayment completed providing a water tight layer. No rain, so this put them ahead, so shingles were going on day one. The crew stayed to 8:00pm to get it where they wanted it. A crew of 3 finished up day two. It looks great. (All the neighbors are jealous :-) ) The crew was very polite and respectful and took care not to damage the plants surrounding the house. Fred coordinated the removal of the recirculating solar pool heater; I did not have to. I am waiting for a gully washer rain to really put the shingles to the test, but I am not at all concerned.

Had a complete re-roof done by this company. Encountered a leak afterwards and they refused to repair the inside ceiling damage. They said they don't warranty or fix inside damage. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, be very careful with hiring this company.

I don't know. I am not even sure that he was here. I called to let him know I wouldn't be home and he said that was fine. I spoke with him on the phone and he told me I would need a new roof. I asked for an estimate and pictures and have emailed requesting them and still have not received anything back. There was nothing left on my door or any info to even show that he was at my home.

Fred did an outstanding job!!! He responded to my inquiry immediately, came the next day to assess the situation, and returned the following day to perform and complete the work. He was thorough, professional, very reasonable in price, and most importantly did not provide me with an endless list of"problems" that need addressing!!! I will definitely be using this company for all my future roofing needs!!!!

Had an appointment scheduled for Monday - June 12th at 9am, I took time off work to meet them at the house for an estimate, they never arrived I called at 930am to see if there was a mix up left a voice mail for Fred and he has not returned my call as of yet.

Very well. Found I needed to replace the apex vent, and had it all finished in a couple of hours.

It worked out real well. I had to call them a couple times. We had a communications problem initially, I was waiting for them to come back and it took a while for them to get back to me. Other than that, they were good. It was 1 person, and he was here about an hour and a half. He left the area very clean.

Company is honest, ethical and has integrity. Would hire again!

Arrived promptly. Completed requested work. The gentleman also reported that he repaired several discovered other loose or cracked tiles. I have no way to verify. Actual time at my site was under an hour.

The resurfaced and repaired roof was a complete failure. The roof has leaked on four separate occasions and contractor failed to respond to multiple contacts via phone, text and email despite work being under warranty. Do not use this contractor.

These guys are very fast and dependable. Good value. Hired them on recommendation of a trusted local property manager. Have recommended and would hire again.

Not well. I prepaid for the service. He went out to the roof and inspected it, and said all was okay. I inspected it afterwards and found that the lifted shingles were not even noticed by the roofer and he never did the repair. I paid for a service that was not performed. I tried contact the roofer afterwards and never heard back. Would like a refund. Trying to find another roofer that will come out and do the repairs on top of the money I already spent.

Very responsive. Found the problem right away and fixed it. I found another issue with the roof and am having them come back out. Highly recommend - was impressed that they made the small job a priority. Most roofers would not touch it or would not come out for a while since it is low priority for them compared to a re-roof job.

Fred was quick to give us an estimate and to schedule the re-roof to match our schedule. The crew was hard working, pleasant and completed the job in 2 days.

He was prompt and helpful, and got the job done on schedule and on budget.

I have a leaky roof above the garage. The leak is in the attic and going through the garage. I can see the water leaking through a nail in the roof. We are having trouble finding the cause of the leak. Roof is leaking again and Fred explained it may take more than one trip to find the leak. I will update review after the leak is fixed. I will have them come out again and look around in the attic.

Arrived on time, performed the requested work, informed me another issue that needed to be monitored but did not need repair at this time. Very satisfactory experience

This was a $99 big deal purchase. He did a good job, but he did not clean up very good. He cleaned out the gutters and just left everything on the ground. I thought he would at least put it in the trash. He did not clean up his mess. I don't know if it was worth if because I had to clean up after him. He came out within a week after I bought the deal. He came out right away. He was good, prompt and courteous. He came out when he said he was going to. We scheduled the deal and he came out when I told him to come out. It was just one guy and he came out by himself. His price was good.

The job started on time and the workers laid tarps around the exterior of the house to catch debris from the existing roof. We had a lot of water damage and a lot of wood had to be replaced. The work was done in a timely manner and everyone was very courteous to us both. The owner, Fred, supervised every aspect of the labor and hauled off all the debris from the old roof. All in all, we were very satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend S F Roofing Quest.
