Royal Remodeling did a fantastic job on our master bathroom suite. We had a pretty extensive remodel which included moving around most of the plumbing and creating new walls for the space. From start to finish they were very professional. Stan was there at the beginning to help with the design and selections for the finishes. He was very patient as well as informative regarding the latest trends. The showroom offered a perfect opportunity to make selections, which were abundant, but not overwhelming. They had Cambria countertops, high-quality wood cabinets, and several options for flooring. Vic managed the project from start to finish. He was excellent with communication, always making sure we knew when to expect someone. The in-house crew was very professional and polite. They did high-quality work. They also did a few extras without any complaint and did a wonderful job. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had been researching and looking for a Sarasota Kitchen Remodeling contractor for what felt like many years. Contractor after contractor came in and gave us quotes from all over the map, but none of them felt right. I was referred to Royal Remodeling and Design by a friend and I knew from the first call with Stan that we were going to have a wonderful experience. Our initial phone conversation was a very successful phone call wherein I addressed all of my issues I have had with previous contractors, he listened to my thoughts and was able to give me his opinions and thoughts based on his experience. It was important for me to see the actual design and with his 3-D rendering software that made it so easy to see what the kitchen remodel would look like. Stan made it easy to select our cabinet color as well as our Cambria Quartz countertops. Stan and Vik were the most professional contractors we have ever done business with. They were always on time and easy to get a hold off and it was genuinely the most positive experience we have ever had. We would absolutely recommend Royal Remodeling and Design for any future project, big or small, and we look forward to working with them on future remodeling we may have. We are extremely satisfied with the remolding job on our condo kitchen done by our contractor Royal Remodeling & Design. They were very easy to work with and we were impressed with our first visit to their showroom in downtown Sarasota. They helped us design the kitchen and their suggestions worked out fabulous. They were very flexible and creative while completing the design. They were very timely with the job completion and they completed the job while we were up North and saved us from the inconvenience. When everything was comleted we had an extreme WOW factor. Our neighbors visit regularly to get a glimpse of our spotlight kitchen. Stan and Vik went the extra mile on everything. We highly recommend Royal if you need any type of remodeling and/or design to your home or condo. You will not be disappointed.

The staff was professional, hard working and very pleasant to deal with. The workers were here when they were supposed to be, the project manager was always on site to make sure the work was going smoothly, and the workers were also very polite and clean. This was by far the best remodel we have experienced from beginning to end. They included us in every step of the process and were very helpful with the design aspect. We highly recommend using Royal Remodeling & Design. We will be using them for all out future projects.

Royal Remodeling & Design I chose Royal Remodeling & Design after meeting them at the Sarasota, Florida Home Show. I was looking to do a full kitchen remodel and replace all the flooring in my house. In our first encounter, I learned a lot about their techniques and experience including use of dustless demolition. Royal was one of three companies I received bids from for the work I needed done. When I received their bid as compared to others, a few things about them stood out: They listened to us. Their design included everything we had asked for. During the planning process for the bid, Royal made recommendations to meet my needs. They did not blindly give me what I asked for, but rather used their professional expertise to give options that would meet the need but provide more functionality or better performance. It was a good working relationship from the start. I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. Communication was excellent. While Royal was not the lowest bid, I had confidence that they had included everything and their design met our needs. I felt they would take me to my dream kitchen and house. During demolition and construction, they met our high expectations: They were there every day from start of project to end, including the project manager and most days, the designer. My family was living in the house through the whole remodel, including a 3-year old. Royal strove to make it livable for us. Everything was kept clean, the planning gave everyone a comfortable place to sleep. The work was meticulous. Personnel were true professionals and craftspeople. Royal met the schedule set up prior to start of work. Overall, I would highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Their communications skills, planning, expertise and integrity resulted in my dream kitchen and floors. Very happy with their work and plan to use in future for bathroom remodeling.

It was perfect! We had no problems at all. They were A+! The workmanship was much more than I had ever expected. It turned out beautifully.

I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen by Royal Remodeling and design!! There were wonderful to work with and never got upset with my many changes as the kitchen was being completed. For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy.
