Royal Granite & Marble LLC

Royal Granite hired subcontactor (two installers) to do the work. Belatedly I discovered that the installers have multiple felony convictions. Installers saw newly delivered kitchen appliances and were fully aware of the layout of the property. Mysteriously, 24 hours later, all of the appliances vanished - a 2 person job. As installers and GC were the only ones that had the necessary information the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming -- unfortunately not sufficient for a criminal conviction, but enough for the Sarasota police to pursue this case for more than a week. I maintain that Royal Granite (Vincent) has been negligent in sending out these installers without doing even a basic background check on the installers. Royal Granite refuses to provide any compensation for the stolen appliances.

Royal Granite was responsive to our questions, they performed the work in a very quick and professional manner, they charged what they said they would charge. They did exactly what we agreed upon, within the timeframe they said they would do the work in, and were all very nice, honest, and very good craftsmen. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stone person.
